The client has sucked since the beginning of 2016, but Bovada is pretty good about withdrawals.

You shouldn't have any issues withdrawing at BetOnline unless you're an absolute crusher.

Bitcoin is the way to go. The extra 6 is probably processing fees. I think if it's your first deposit the fee is waived, but that may have changed.

Yes. They call once in a while.

Crossposting from the post i made in the australian poker thread in nvg

anyone have experiences like this?

Just chiming in to share my somewhat negative experience with a deposit on ignition using bitcoin (via blockchain) that is occurring as we speak.

cliffs:

1)started using visa to deposit there which is no longer accepted
2)made over a dozen bitcoin deposits there since then
3)alot of those deposits i would have to go to live chat to contact the finance team to get it credited (sometimes they would ask for a screenshot usually just the wallet id's or last 4 digits though)
4)deposited once tonight waited for ages had 9 confirmations they had to manually credit it (no screenshot needed)
5)deposit again approach live chat they tell me it gotta send a ss and wait 24-48 hours.

Now they aren't really cliffs so here goes.

my transaction from my wallet to there wallet now has been confirmed for well over 2 hours now. I'm not sure if i can post links to view this i will try and post ss's later if its not resolved.

there wallet has now made confirmed transactions to another 2 wallets which have then gone through over 10 different wallets of confirmed transactions.

Live chat is telling me they havn't got my money yet and that its still pending. I can clearly see my money going to their wallet and them sending it off to others and so and so on.

I am completely fed up with them now I can't even type properly, but basically pending to me is they havn't put the money in my casino account, yet they are talking to me like "it still says pending we havn't received the money yet".

I find it very odd that after them escalating any deposit issue for me so promptly now my funds (which are clearly received by them) are not in my account., and nor will they contact them on my behalf, i guess i can call up but that might be expensive, i did call once not sure how much it costed though.

I can only guess they got sick of me contacting them to put it in my account or whatever, or someone from their support staff got the ****s at me when i gave them some crap for not giving me a bonus, (i wasn't out of line though) i was just telling her to stop copy pasting dumb **** to me.

It's now been well over 2 hours now since i've been battling with there live chat to use their brains and sort it out, it's a waste of my time and theirs, and its quite insulting for them to say they havn't received my money when i can clearly see all the transactions on blockchain.

I am going to return to the fight on the live chat, it's not over yet, feel free to fight the fight with me.

In case anyone reading here missed it, i did post a month or so back how good their support was and i really didn't want to have to make a negative post but i feel it's a duty for me to report my experience there just so it's all out in the open for everyone to see how they can approach things.

i guess if there is anything anyone can take from this is, explore your options before u sign up to this casino. Whether its live poker, acr, other sites or something else. If this is a hint at what they could be like if the **** hit the fan then you definitely wouldn't want any sizeable amount of $ on there.

I will report back on the outcome and don't mind clarifying anything,

I am starting to win a decent amount on Bovada Sports betting. Are there big players on Bovada either on Poker or Sports betting who have substantial amount of money on there? I wanted to see how safe people feel about keeping their money on there....

Your moneys safe but if you really are a "big" winner in their sportsbook they may start limiting your action

There is no may about it. Start looking into other options if your placing max bets and winning at a good clip. I'm also assuming you're not donking off stacks at their casino games. If you are then you might not have to worry about it. Withdrawing is unlikely to be an issue unless they have reason to believe their was cheating involved.

I just received a check from ignition and it isn't correct. I'm named after my dad so my ID says II after my name. The check says LL after my name... Kinda funny but I don't think I'm gong to be able to deposit this thing. What do you all think?

The check is from Canada but even with my ID, I probably can't tell the bank "this is from online poker"

Since most recent update I now have an issue where client will launch and go to login screen. Once i type in username/password and click login it just sits and tries to login forever but never successfully does. Its also worth noting that the lobbies do not show in the background while the client is trying to login. Occasionally it can be fixed by deleting and reinstalling but not always. Anyone have a similar issue to this?

Keep opening and closing until the ads/lobby loads. If they don't load you can't log in.

We just made some improvements for Holdem Indicator, although not sure it gonna help. Please re-install your Holdem Indicator and see how it goes.

You are currently running an outdated version of the software. Please update to the current version and try again.

Hello this is the message that i receive when attempting to log into zone poker or tournaments i've followed the instructions on bovada's operating page which was unsuccessful as well as deleting the app and reinstalling no success. Has anyone gone threw this?
Only ring games are working for me

You'll need to uninstall, then reinstall into a folder other than /ignition. Installing in a differently named folder tends to fix the problem with the error message you are experiencing.

What is considered big? After all that is said and done - doing about 200-1000 a week. I feel (and I don't know for certain) they are messing with my live bets. If odds change in negative favor for them they say my bet never went through. If it goes in and then odds change positive for them then the bet goes through.

And I wonder if they give different odds for different users for live betting... I feel some of the spreads get ridiculous.

Don't use coinbase to deposit! I lost a deposit into the void that way.

Mycelium wallet is great.

Big would be placing max bets and winning close to 60% of your bets or better over an extended period of time.

It is well known that they give out different lines to different people. Check a line with your browser that you normally use and then open an incognito browser and check the same line. A lot of times it will be different. They have some shady practices when it comes to sports bets and I wouldn't be surprised if what you're saying about the live betting app is true.

The best thing to do is to have have multiple books and place your bets where you can get the best line.

Any timeline on when cash will be playable, as opposed to crashing within the first 5 minutes of the session?
