I have also been having trouble with disconnects since the update earlier this week. The software also seems to be moving more slowly here and there. I have entirely stopped playing zone because it doesn't bring me back to the table after a brief disconnect. I also have had a software crash or 2. The disconnects are short enough that I have been able to get back to the table in time at regular tables, but it is still auite tilting. I see a lot of other players getting brief disconnects as well.

One of the most frustrating things about Ignition is that the rec players seem to get fully disconnected the most often.

If I DC from a cash table for even a few seconds it just boots me off the table. Happened twice now. Brutal.

For me, the anon part is fine. I think the point is not everyone wants to play "fast" poker. I play Zone exclusively but I recognize that I'm making some suboptimal plays in spots because I only get 15 seconds to make an action. It's understandable why people don't want only Zone on a site.

I've had some disconnects too. Last night was playing 2/4 (high stakes for me), put in a 3bet, and boom, table freezes. Funny thing is, the other table I had going kept on just fine, but the frozen table never unfroze. I couldn't even close it. Had to kill the app and restart. Emailed Ignition and they assured me that they had nothing to do with it and wouldn't consider refunding me anything. I was told to restart my modem and clear cookies... lol.

Small Stakes NLHE , some MTTs , mid to higher sngs and husngs when they run

I will run 6-8 tables sometimes and mix games , just gotta be creative

Now with the lobby bs I am playing less cash games tho , playing 3 - 4 handed with several tables open is a pain , not to mention having to go back through the cash lobby menu and keep clicking buttons and menus

I dont run 8 tables often , need breaks so I am trying a combination of other games , sites , etc.

Past few days, I have 2-3 DC's per day in 4-5hours. After DC's I loose at least 50% tables or sometimes all of them. My internet connection is stable, I'm monitoring it all the time. It's really annoying

. In the past I had issues with DC's very rarely.

Ive a question for anyone who plays HU SNG on Ignition. As I understand it, If I want to play in a PLO HUSNG at X level, and someone is already sitting at X level, I can't open up another HUSNG at the same level?!?!? Im basically forced to play that person who already has the table open. Wtf kind of **** is this, or am I missing something? Ive been out of poker for more than half a decade, so please forgive my ignorance.

For me it's instantly all 4 tables. When I'm reconnected sometimes I'm still seated at the table and others I have still have the option to sit at them, but if I have to resit I always get 100BB and have to wait for my blind like I'm a new player.

Spot on. I dont see alot of bad players sit down hoping someone joins. Its typically the better player starts the HUSNG, and random donk comes along thinking he can double up easily. Win monez, rinse repeat. Not being able to open up another table is a *****. I may have to start looking at ACR now.

Never had disconnect issues until the last few days. Now it's constant. Can't go more than 30 minutes without all or some of my tables booting me off. I wish Ignition liked money

Well ive emailed them and had correspondence with them 3 different times now over the course of 3 weeks, they just say support is investigating me not being able to download my hand histories. Enjoy getting to download hand histories, ill be not doing that, great site!

Is that for real, Horus? I've literally played millions of hands on most of the US facing sites since Black Friday and have NEVER received a credit for collusion from any of them! I pretty much assumed that, if they were even trying to prevent it, they were just pocketing any seized money.
