Unfortunately, your attempt was declined. This is most likely due to restrictions on online gaming transactions enforced by your card issuer.

Does bovada still have a live chat service? I know several months ago it was available with some in-depth searching on the site. Now I don't see a live chat button/option, only an email support option..

Someone please PM me with info regarding this or post here.

I always found calling them to be the quickest and most efficient. # is in post above yours.

If there is any NY resident out there that has recently successfully deposited on Bovada PLEASE PM me to discuss... I would pay a significant vig to get money onto Bovada.

Bovada rigidly prevent datamining and player tracking and no rakeback or VIP system. No love for the regs at Bomama

Yeah... totally sucks that Bovada wants a level playing field for all players. I just can't believe they would want to be ethical. lol...

Bovada's software is a bit glitchy. Used to happen to me a lot. Reboot Bovada and you're back in the game

What is latest development about bots on bovada/bodog? They used to be a pretty big issue, is this any better now?

Thinking that the problem is gone or has improved since anonymous tables would be naive. It is definitely a lot harder to keep tabs on suspected bot. Before, if something caught your eye or you noticed same name displaying bot-like tendencies, you could obv make a note of it and keep an eye out. It was also easier to determine if they were a bot because you could base your decision on a lot more hands played.

Another downfall with anonymous tables is that pre-anon if you reported somebody for botting or colluding, you could actually tell if the site took action just by seeing if they played anymore. Obv that is not possible and would be very easy for security to punish offenders with less severe penalties or none at all. Who knows? The players certainly don't.

If you look at it from a colluder's or botter's perspective, pretty easy to tell which sites I would target (hint: it's the site that allows weekly sn changes and the site with no sn's).
It kind puts players who highly value site integrity in a tough position. Especially Americans. Gotta fave haith I guess.

That is true, indeed.

I learned that one of the biggest botting site is about to support bovada.
The good news is there is a really simple solution to fight them. They had to move to using OCR for bot, because their old method of "reading" chat boxes is not working anymore. I will not go into details on how OCR works, but if bovada would change their fonts or cards or colours, they would have to always release a new version of bot, to support new looks.

So what bovada could do, if they have any interes in fighting bots, is to change the way their table looks like. Like adding a simple line which would always just chage colour of fonts that are used for chips and bets, this would make their life a lot harder.

What signs do you look for in determining if it's a bot?
