I remember last time I realized their site was closing out tourneys I regd to like 20 tourneys as quick as possible. If I was placed high enough where I was expected to cash they just paid me the cash value of my place so if I was chip lead with 300/470 left they paid me 1st place money in my acct. If i busted before the tourney got cancelled I got nothing. If I was still in but not good with chips they gave refund based on prize pool divided by number of players left. I made like $150 extra dollars that day from their payout mistakes and by calling them and arguing I got another $40. I'd rather these issues not happen but I am going to call and argue for free money anyway lol.

Another time they had problems with site functionality and I called and explained how I was making 20$ an hr for last month on avg and argued with them for 10 minutes and they somehow gave me a free $20 for my time. They make good when they screw you over. You just have to really argue for it. And don't accept that it is ever your fault because they try to always say the problem "is on your end".

You telling some random CS rep that you are one of the thousand people that cant login isnt going to do anything. I can assure you that they are aware that they're are having problems.

People could be having cash balance or refund issues that they need help with as the evening progresses.

I have Comcast. (Chicago area) I cannot log-in. I CAN log-in if I use a VPN from another country.

It appears Comcast is blocking Bovada or the "lv" country code.

just got off the phone with bovada AGAIN. apparently i will NOT be getting a refund because it was an issue with comcast and not them. I spoke w a manager who nagain told me the same thing. comcasts fault not theirs. apparently there is going to be "an investigation" and call again tomorrow. pissed.

said i wouldnt be playing anymore if they are not gauranteeing ?cooperation? with comcast.

Yeah, its not like just a few weeks ago we had a player here that had his account closed by Bovada for the exact same thing.

i was told something different..24/48 hours for investigation if they have responsibility..if so they will issue refunds for all tournies/games affected..told me check tomorrow or call..either way i will argue the crap out of it..it's not localized disconnection
