IMO the best we can do is to send iggy an email with HH# and player# saying you think these guys are playing together and ask if they will check their IP/game history. If enough people report the exact same people I think they might actually do something. Don't hold your breath waiting on refunds though.
Definitely this

In the past the 25 free slot spins for my deposit were on decent games where you were almost guaranteed at least 5 bucks. This last game was a single line (reels and wheels) which made me laugh when I seen it. Of course I went 0/25. Pretty smart of them to choose a single line slot for the free spins lol

Customer service concern

Okay not sure where to start but hoping someone can provide some helpful advice or direct help.

I play poker and bet sports recreationally on Bovada. I usually deposit small amounts and either they fizzle or i occasionally run them up a little bit.

The most recent deposit I made was a week ago. It was for ~70 dollars. I ran it up this past week a little bit and tried to withdraw about half the balance (500usd) tonight via btc. I received an error message that said “one of your previous deposits has not been fully confirmed so we can’t complete your request at this time.”

Confirmations would never take over a week so i was very confused. I logged into my blockchain account from which i sent the funds and I see the transaction where I sent the $70. However, it’s different. It doesn’t hyperlink the transaction details and i can’t see the addresses at all- it just says complete. And then there is a transaction for exactly 30 minutes later that shows me receiving the exact same amount back into my account.

From my limited understanding, it seems like basically this transaction did not complete or go through or Bovada sent the funds back to me for some reason. But the funds WERE still credited to my account.

Customer service has not been super helpful but it hasn’t been very long since i approached them with the issue to try to figure out what happened so I’m trying to remain patient.

My main concern is that they will say something along the lines of “well we have to take back all of these funds because they were used to get your account balance to where it is now.” Obviously the just solution would be for them to deduct the 70 from my account because i did not know the transaction didn’t complete and I did nothing wrong whatsoever. For reference, I have deposited ~10 times this calendar year and always use the same method and it has never been an issue before.

Let me know what y’all think!

Confirmed lame ass bullcrap 25 free slot spins.

I've been playing exclusively on Ignition because they were the ones giving out the free Milly tickets for high volume. But someone in this thread said that last month was the last free tickets. Therefore, to spread out my balance and not keep all my eggs in one basket, I decided to move some of my balance to Bovada, if Ignition and Bovada are not run by the same people, although I'm not sure. So I deposit some money on Bovada and get the 25 free slot spins, free points, etc...

I went 1/25 on my free slot spins getting three cherries for $1.50.

Good idea. I miss the old bovada badly. The only reason I’m really playing on the ignition skin is because they seem more active on social media with streamers and they just look like they try harder than bovada with bonuses, giveaways, etc. Bovada has really never tried to promote that I’ve seen. I guess my reasoning is I’ll play where I can see people actually doing some sort of work

You're exactly right and its very scummy of them to do that. I cant tell u how many times I'll be playing and more than 1 person times out. Its always the player

Anyone else having timing out issues?
Multiple tables have frozen for like 1-2min then magically reappear with me sitting out yesterday and today.

Newby with BTC. Recently joined CB. Deposit left my bank Thursday. CB confirmation indicated funds would be available to send on 7/21. So far, they are not. I actually thought it would be available sooner. Is there a problem or is this typical?

You know slots are high variance in general and some much moreso than others, right? It's unlucky but not extremely uncommon to go 0/25 on some of them. A lot of the EV in slots is in the large, rare payouts and you're essentially hemorrhaging money until you hit one. It doesn't mean the value of the spins is lower for the player.

There's a $50 win cap on deposit slot spins so not really a big deal.

Probably be available in the next day or two. I wouldn't sweat it.

The whole point of the post is that they chose a one line reel for 25 free spins rather than a 3 or 5 line reel like in the past. It was a deposit bonus. When the 25 free spins are over I go back to poker. I’m not complaining that slots are unlucky lol

Good luck to anyone playing SMPO events this weekend. Instead of going out to drink margaritas tonight, I am going to play one of the Omaha events.

I just relocated from NY to Florida but have not changed my legal address. I now cannot deposit on bovada and am having trouble on ACR. Is this standard now or should I be able to play?

They won't take crypto from you? Shouldn't have any issues once you update your address.

I've timed out maybe 100 times over the last 72 hours, lost over 150bb due to mid hand timing out, is this only happening to me?

Started back here in March and have had 0 issues with lag so far playing 40+ hours a week. Used to lag very bad before when no one else was. Same computer, same Internet speed, weird stuff.

Its happening on both of my pcs, I literally just timed out mid hand after putting in 70bb on the flop.
My internet is working fine and I normally 4 tables, the 3 other tables are fine when I timeout on one.

That's how mine used to be as well. Never made any sense and was always my fault per Bovada.

Are you using a hard wire? If not, I'd hook up directly with an ethernet cord to see if it helps. (I'm sure you have but about the only thing I can offer if both of your computers are doing it). If I remember correctly, you could try changing your DNS settings and that may help.

I've reset my modem/router several times, no fix.

I wish they would do something to make the rewards program at Bovada better for poker players. The current program is absolutely pitiful. They could increase their player base dramatically if they did. Had a stretch yesterday afternoon where you could only get 3 players per table at 50NL Zone.

You don't want the player base increased by the players who care about rakeback though. They also have some of the highest volume out there
