Can you grind more than 1 bonus at a time? I'm still on the initial deposit bonus, but thinking of going for a re-deposit bonus & grinding both together. Thanks.

You can have more than one bonus but you can only clear one at a time

Email them with the hand and table number and see. One of bovada or ignition offers 100 bbs up to $200 but I don't remember which one.

Well, I am on the phone right now with support

Was playing 10/20 PLO, and bet $1211 on the flop and left me with $253 or so behind, and the client disconnects me... and folds me...

Meanwhile, I was in the 65k monster stack tourney, and it did not disconnect me


lets see what they have to say about this.

It crashed on me pretty hard Sunday deep in MTTs. I rarely have issues with any other sites. Ignition is very resource heavy for me.

Was told 24-48 hours to review.

I told the rep if they actually can check... clearly I was in a tourney with 0 issues, and also it wouldn’t make sense for me to bet 90% of my stack esp in PLO on the flop.... to fold

I am hoping they do the right thing and credit me back

I had the same issue a couple years ago when I had the nuts on the river (turn?). anyway, I spoke to a supervisor. he said my internet connection was bad and the disconnect was on my end, so they wouldn't do ****. I was just asking for $100 and made a point that I've raked them $25k in a couple months. oh yeah, and I had two other tables running at the time of my "disconnect". they couldn't care less.

Don’t worry guys, it was on MY end they said. Why? Because after my hand folded and I was left with crumbs, I continued to play. So clearly I timed out on my end!

That is an annoying response from Bonition.

There is something I am not sure of, but here goes. I am under the impression that many poker sites have several computer servers and that some of the computer servers might even be in different locations. Like a "don't put all your eggs in one basket" type thing. So when I see a player say they got disconnected on one table, but not another table while playing several tables, I think of this. Their poker tables might have been on different servers.

Either way, what the hell is a poker player to do if they are in the middle of a session and get disconnected? Especially if you are someone playing multiple tables. And especially if you are playing a tournament on one of your tables.

On the phone now asking for a supervisor

The rep says “sorry Carl, the call got dropped when I was talking to him... let me try again”


So obv I said, “you mean it disconnected like your servers did yesterday?”

I’ll post the response here on what the outcome will be, I assume they won’t side with me based on previous responses here, which is just insanity.

Absolutely disgusting and pathetic customer support.

"sir it must have been lag on your end, there were no confirmed outages on our end"

I explained to him my computer , which is less than 3 months old and was a 4k build... and I have fios and get 250/250mbps for speed... and can run every major game @ 120FPS minimum... its not a ME problem. I explained how several tons of people on here have complained about this issue and Bovada will never admit its their fault.

He wouldn't admit it was on his end.

I told him if I get a report from Fios showing ZERO packet drops , no disconnects etc... if they would then agree it was THEM... he tells me "Sir I cant make that decision"

Keep calling and trying to escalate it higher through the supervisor chain. Took me like 5 different calls but I got a few hundred back in a similar situation a while ago

Carl, I've come across this issue before and you may be able to prove your case with hand histories. Compare a hand history of a table you were disconnected on to a hand history occuring on a different connected table at the same time. Ok so not sure if this will be "sufficient" evidence while I wait for Verizon to get me what I need.

If any of you wizards could look and confirm this should be ample evidence, and maybe how I should word my email to them...

Cash hand is 4091950762 .
UTG + 2 raises all in @ 12:42 am, and it times me out @ 12:42:20 am

Meanwhile, I was in the 66k tourney and I have 2 hands here around then.

First hand 4282010634, I fold @ 12:41:40 am

2nd hand is 4282011268, Cards dealt to me @ 12:42:24 am (4 seconds after the "timeout") and I jam and a the Dealer folds (timesout).



Losing my mind here, b/c ive talked to 4 different Verizon reps and 1 guy was helping me and of course his line disconnects (LOL) and tries to call me back 3 times and its just dead air.

Then another supervisor tells me theirs no reports to send.



** Also my friend ALSO said the same thing at the same time, buttons went away cards were there, and timer went down and it folded him.

While I continue to repeat, IT WAS NOT A DISCONNECT. Its a glitch that times you out.

If anyone here somehow has ANYONE on the inside who works for this company, let me know. Beyond tilting. And just criminal.

"While we do understand your frustration here, it’s generally very easy for us to see when there has been common issues in a tournament as it affects multiple user and in all the hands you’ve presented it does appear that only you were disconnected. Also, there is generally a difference showing on our end when someone times out and is disconnected which unfortunately doesn’t show on our end for these hands.

Again, having intermittent disconnections can happen regardless of whether your internet is working but is still generally an isolated incident.

We do get the issue here but ultimately do have to go by what we see. Further, we can’t reverse a decision made by a supervisor without some sort of proof.

You’ve stated you have emailed a log showing you have zero disconnects, is this in regards to your router logs? Do you have any screenshots or video proof showing this?

Lastly, while you did of course have a chance in the hand as well, ultimately you were also losing the hand at the time of the incident, and likely would have lost all your chips had you actually called."

It's been over a year since I could place a sports bet within the poker software without it glitching out. It's been messed up so long I figured it was just something weird with my old laptop, but no, they just can't be ****ed to make any part of their software function correctly. Saved me money I guess

Feeling very hurt and disappointed with them.
I read the latest pages here with reports of people experiencing similar problems and the support only uses fallacies to escape responsibility.

It happened to me 12 hours ago (it was not the first time):

Received a drop message on the server connection during the game. I was kicked out of the current hand in LESS than 10 seconds (I don't understand why the 'reconnection time' is shorter than the timebank itself, IF is that there is a reconnection time, maybe due to some bug or bad programming, it automatically folds).
I am absolutely sure that my connection was normal.
I confirmed with other players that they had the same problem at the same time.

On the topic of disconnections and hands being folded: Whereas it is almost certainly an issue at Ignition's end due to their shltty software, *all else being equal* no one gains or loses from it. That isn't much of a consolation when you have the nuts folded in a large pot, of course, but it helps to remember that there will be other times where you will directly benefit from the same issue (and likely not even be aware of it.) Likewise, it's understandable why Ignition plays dumb and don't admit any responsibility because it is other players (not them) who pick up your lost EV.
