Thought it was my crappy internet. Client was super laggy and I couldn't reload in my cash games. I closed it and now it just opens for a few seconds then closes.

Weird question. Have they changed their policy on 4 max games? It is likely just the weird lag but in 5 cash games atm. One of my games is frozen so really only 4. Evidently that is what it was.

I’m in the US about 30% of the time and Mexico (very close to the border) 70% of the time. I know Mexico is theoretically Bodog and the US is Bovada. Will I need to create two separate accounts for when I’m in one or the other? Or am I asking for problems somehow?

I went to online chat and they said an automated message said they were too busy and I should just goto their help section which provides no answers to this problem. I dont even mind waiting for a representative to talk to online.

does anyone have any solutions?

The phone verification is probably still pending. In the client click on the CASHIER button. That should open a browser page and somewhere on that page it should say, "pending phone verification." Click to RESEND text verification and then input from there.

I have gotten through to their live chat twice about this issue now. I have had success during business hours in the USA.

Each time they have told me to login on a mobile device, clear my browsing history, disconnected from wifi. The first time, there were absolutely no improvements. Just a few minutes ago, I got through the captcha with them and hit "Verify" and rather than seeing the red bar appear, absolutely nothing seemed to happen, which is at least different.

At this point they told me to try again in an hour. They seem to be familiar with this issue, but the last time they told me to try again in an hour it was not fixed. I will update this later today when I try again, but I'm suspicious that the "try again in an hour" thing is just a way for them to end the conversation without admitting they have no idea how to fix this. I asked to escalate the issue or at least be able to e-mail back and forth with a real person and they ignored the request.

thanks. let me know if you are able to make any progress. this is super frustrating.

ive tried mobile, different browsers on my laptop, clearing everything...nothing works. I cant get past this verify stage.
I cant get help from them on chat nor email.

I have had that verify red bar issue on my Bovada account for weeks.

My Ignition account did it once, then verified the second try.

dumb question but are ignition and bovada the same company?

if I try logging into an ignition account would I see my account there?

They are the same company and player pool but different accounts. You can have an account at both but they have separate balances.

so how were you able to fix the verification issue at bovada by logging onto ignition? did the phone verification at ignition allow you access to your bovada account afterwards?

understandable. I do have a bit of money on there so its been quite frustrating to say the least.

but I finally got it to work!

in case anyone else is interested this is what I had to do:

1) finally got the online chat to work and chat with a representative

2) she said to open chrome and clear all cache/cookies

3) at first I was stuck in the same position, but after a couple tries it did finally submit and I received a text code on my phone. Im not sure if the representative manually did something from her end or if it just finally worked out but at least Im finally logged in. works on my cell too.

however, she did say Ill have to verify my phone number every time I log in. im not looking forward to having to go through this ordeal each time but hopefully it goes smoother from now on.

Hello Ignition just temporarily disabled my account and asked me to contact via chats to sort things out.

Does anyone know what chats is or how I do that?

I went to see if there was a chat on the website but couldn't see any and of course couldn't login.

I did email them back with this question as well but at the moment there seems to be a 24 hour lag between our emails.

Oooooohhhhhh you're in trouble! What did you do wrong? Email them your phone number and they should call you back.
