For those complaining only running you tube (presume chrome) and the Ignition/Bovada client, the latest update of chrome can run your cpu and/or memory up to 100%, without running anything else. You might want to discontinue running other goodies while running ignition, my experience is its not the client's fault, but chrome (though they do recommend chrome). This will be exacerbated on any machine running something older than the latest win 10 software (1903, 1909 is not required). They are not doing further developments to support software that is not supported by Microsoft, such as Win 7.
For someone who is running Bovada and youtube thru chrome and pretty much nothing else on a windows 10 machine... It is like never google chrome and ALWAYS Bovada that's at 85-95% usage. Always.

I have 10 tables up and I can't click any buttons on one table. I can click the "X" to close it but then the pop up "Are you sure you want to leave?" comes up and I can't click on that. Anyone else run into this issue and have a fix for it besides restarting the client? I have DriveHUD and Table Tamer up by the way.

This is the second time that's happened to me this year.

Sat behind the button at 30/60 limit holdem. Auto-posts me and I get dealt 89o. Guy to direct right makes it 60, I call 30, button makes it 90, BB calls, orig raiser makes it 120, I call 60, everyone else calls.

this has happened to me 20+ times in the last year (6max PLO games). Worst part is they dont deal you in the next hand, instead the waiting for bb button is now checked lol.

It must have something to do with the timing of a new hand being dealt right as u sit down and the software cant check quick enough.

Also i did email them about it a year or so ago.. they just ignored what I said about being posted while having wait for bb checked and then straight up lied to me saying I was dealt into the following hand even though i gave them the hand number showing i wasnt. I just dont bother emailing them anymore

What I like about Ignition is that their software always has new features. For example, I posted earlier that I had 1 out 10 tables that wouldn't allow me to click on the table. Never seen that before! Several hours later, I saw the blank tournament lobbies although they were clearly in late registration.

Can't wait to see what they come up with next!

I gave up years ago trying to get them to fix bugs.

They just deny the bugs exist and blame them on me or my internet connection.

Ad no, I will not quit playing fixed limit holdem. Not until the games stop or I'm dead. Or both.

rake back issue finally taken care of.

Just set up windows with HM3 and gotta say the windows client is much worse than mac. All the complaints in this thread are making a lot more sense. gg bovada

I was unable to open more than 2 tables and had to close the software to get on 4. Is that standard? are there any work arounds?

Ignition has gone full blown crazy security on me lately. I'm going to take it as a good thing since the way I log into the site is probably uncommon. I one table on my phone the highest PLO stake running. I log in at the beach, the gym while riding the recumbent bike, at San Diego Padre's games last year when it turned into a blowout (please let them have a good up coming season), etc.

I have log-in verified more fire hydrants, traffic lights and cross walks than anyone on the planet. But I guess that means my bankroll is safe. Now they are SMS texting me before I can log-in to play on my phone.

Is there a way to login without confirming 2FA on your phone? Not letting me login without verifying a phone number. Would rather not have to use my phone every time I want to login...

I tried to verify my phone number, no text was sent through. I had the "verify phone" page still up and just attempted to log in to the client again. Logged me in fine.

I'm trying to login with the verify phone page still up and just keeps bringing up more verify phone pages in my browser. I'm on a laptop.

How can i get rid of the black window of death? I have deleted and re downloaded the software. restarted the computer. re downloaded the software to a new folder. tried launching from different shortcuts. Any suggestions please??

Odd so many people have issues. Software always is solid for me, just lag.

Is everyones PCS super old? I just never get those glitches. Right now though bad lag.
