Another difference might be that one of the two skins gives some bonus bb's on a royal flush hit at hold'em, but I don't know if that royal bonus is still offered or on which skin.

My lobby.exe disappeared mid game. Took days to reconnect to their download page. Download and install, says password no good, acct locked call customer service for help immediately. I called. They suggested I clear the cache on my phone app and try again. I said that I do not have it on my phone, it is on desktop. Her response was, "just try it, might work".

Anyone have any idea why exe file just disappears mid game and now I'm locked out of account, period?

Bitcoin has fallen 10% this week. How do Bitcoin fluctuations affect players—especially winning players—who use it to fund their poker accounts? I have no experience with Bitcoin up to now, but I understand the majority of online players must use it because they have almost no other viable options today.

How do I download zone hands? I used to be able to go in the client and see a download button that I no longer have

edit: and is there any software to make it easier to quick fold/raise to 2.5bb in zone poker

Client has been very unstable for me today and yesterday, disconnected multiple times from MTTs, now cannot even access the lobby for a few mins without getting booted.

Was also playing ACR at the same time with no issue so definitely an IGN problem.

Anyone having issues getting paid out rakeback from their affiliate? I've been told by my affiliate that bovada changed player ID's in their rakeback reporting tool so they can't pay us out until they are able to link the new ID's correctly which they are waiting on from bovada.

Been waiting on this to be fixed for over a month and feel powerless to do anything. If anyone has any ideas or is still getting rakeback paid out, please let me know

Wait, Bovada/Ignition has rakeback?? I thought it didn't have rakeback (it's not even listed as having rakeback in the main "Where to Play" thread stickied in this forum, unless I'm mistaken), so, never realized it has rakeback as a possibility.

I've been playing a lot of volume on Ignition for the past 4 months or however long it's been without realizing I could get rakeback on there

How do I get rakeback on Ignition?

Can't speak for your affiliate group, but the ones I am familiar with would never jerk around a player. They have argued, at times pretty direct and nasty, many times on behalf of a player. It took almost 6 months for one site to get us caught up after an update/upgrade.

The reality is, if they've always been solid with you, they are telling you the truth.

Don't know if existing, if is, I would like to know.

HHs, I have had no problem downloading. It is 24 hours later.

The client today is missing the usual left lower corner advert, so might be something up, but my hand histories from yesterday show as normal, not ready yet.
