Anyone ever deposit Bitcoin on this site? I tried depositing 50 dollars worth from Gemini Exchange but literally nothing happened.

Am I suppose to do it through a Bitcoin Wallet instead?

I agree; having a couple here and there, especially during SMPO, would be good for the site and the series, but making every one re-entry would be very bad!

They used to post a link with the schedule for the whole series but in recent years I haven't seen it. If anyone finds anything regarding the schedule (without having to go into the client) and can post it that would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having trouble depositing via Creditcard as of yesterday and today, two different types declined, which is weird and never happened before (trying to deposit from Australia)

next I'm going to try bitcoin some time tomorrow probably

Has anybody done the Tell A Friend Referral program thing? I got it in an email and it says that you make $100 if your friend deposits $50? Is that true? Does your friend even have to play poker?

That sounds incredibly dumb. What's the catch or loophole?

Referral bonuses are pretty common in many industries, not just gambling. Not sure why it seems dumb to you.

I'm not saying referral programs are dumb. Just my limited understanding of this one is because I'm inquiring into how it works.

Does my friend have to play in some kind of tournament with that 50 or does he just have to deposit 50 in general for me to receive the bonus?

I probably just misread the email lol so it's my bad. I'm saying it's dumb if my friend only has to deposit 50 and not play poker or generate any rake of his own.

Yeah, having series issues even getting a table to load. Have to jump through hoops to even sign in, delete a bunch of folders every time etc. Won't let me login without doing that trick, says password or username is wrong, but it's not.

I assume he just has to deposit, but he won't be able to withdraw without a certain amount of playthrough. I'm sure you could get the full details on their website.

Anyone else get the email regarding players abusing disconnection protection?

"We recently updated our Ignition Poker software to fix an issue that made it possible for players to abuse the disconnection protection feature on our network. Also, we have updated our policy to further eliminate this behavior.

So now that we fixed the issue we want to reward your patience. You had previously played in the same tournament as someone who abused the feature so we’ve issued a ticket to your account for one of two freerolls totalling $25,000 in prize money. "

yes I got the freeroll ticket. Super happy they finally addressed the issue with the disconnect problem. Was taking lots of EV away from the field. freeroll looks like a nice reward, depending on how many ppl got them? Do you think they gave it to everyone? or just MTT grinders? I got the tickets and I grind mtt a lot, what about you guys? good luck

I have no idea how many people got it, but for what it’s worth I hardly play on there and got one. I did, however, find a abuse of the disconnect in somebody trying to cash in the $162 and wrote a detailed email bringing it their attention unaware that it was apparently a big issue.

So. I requested a withdrawal (for the first time) and they have locked my account. I contact customer support by live chat and I am told they need to talk to me on the phone, so I give my phone number and they say they will call me in 5 minutes.

I receive no call (4 times going through this process) but get an e-mail: "We attempted to call you.... however, we could not reach you. Feel free to reach out to us back at your earliest convenience ensure the number provided next time is valid." Note that I've definitely given them the correct number 4 times.

Getting no where with the chat, and the chat support telling me there's no number I can contact them by, I end up googling and finding a number to call anyway. Unfortunately the phone support also are unable to assist me, also asking for my phone number to call me back. Once again, no call.

What are my chances of getting this resolved? I'm in Australia, so I'm thinking they've screwed me. Disappointed to say the least.

Your chances of getting it resolved are high unless you did something blatant like chip dumping. Support is not trolling you, they are just not that great at communicating.
