Happens once every few hundred hands - fortunately only twice ive actually been in the hand. but 2 weeks and no fix - not to mention all the random black boxes that appear over other players cards

Please reply with the country that you are traveling to and approximately how long you intend to stay so that your account can be updated.

emailed them where i will be, so if anything if they try to ban me i'll just show them this.. at least think i'll be able to get my money off if something happens. fwiw i already had a registered USA account, when you log in it says you can still log in while travelling, so hopefully this works out.
I would absolutely not risk it. I know that people already have been banned for this stuff. If you're traveling to a country that Ignition operates in (Australia), you should be fine. If you are traveling to a country that's not Australia, I wouldn't risk my funds and account.

Sounds like you are talking out of your ass! If I am wrong, please provide proof where the security dep. was notified about the location and time frame well in advance, and the account was still banned.

Yes zone on mobile and laptop the fold/call are in different locations. Cash Omaha as well. I have not played mtt or sng so I can't speak on that. If they have not fixed it then that's a shame. It slowed down zone for awhile as I think people were being cautious and waiting to act. I know I was.

Coincidentally I was just about to ask on the forums about this. Yesterday I emailed Ignition about this. My email and their response :

Hello.

I am thinking about traveling abroad to several countries later this year. My question is : will I be able to play online poker from my laptop with my Ignition account if I am in another country that the Pai Wang Luo network services? Or will I have to make a new account (if possible) on bodog.com or bodog88 or bovada etc as I travel to each country on the network?

I live in Australia.

Thank you for an answer.

--- And here is their response to me received today....

Thanks for contacting Ignition Casino Customer Service.

I would be happy to assist with this, I could only speak on behalf of our site. You would have to wait until you get back home to use the website as we do not want any issues happening on the account. You are also not able to reopen a new account.

Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Does anyone here have any experience on this with Ignition/Bodog/Bovada? Traveling abroad or moving abroad and playing on the network? Thanks for any response.

Do not play on your account while traveling abroad. I went to Asia for a few months and played a few days while traveling before they closed my account because I didn't know you couldn't play from outside the US, mistakenly thought just had to be US home country.

You need to open an account on Bodog, Bovada, or Bodog88 depending on where you're going. You obviously don't play from your Ignition account. Try calling or e-mailing one of the other sites if you want confirmation.

I'm sure there have been improvements since the initial updates a few days ago, but I'm still feeling this is an abomination.

One of the more egregious issues I saw during my very brief session tonight is the placement of the pre-action 'fold' button, that changes to 'call' when the action is on you. At least a handful of times tonight I was about to pre-select fold at the precise moment action got to me. I'm shocked I didn't accidentally call any bets.

Don't feel I'm generally adverse to change, but seemed like the entire session I was focused on navigating the software instead of playing good poker.

Think I'll give it another whirl in a couple weeks and see if anything has improved.

It may actually just be a case of terrible wording. Note the first part:

So, only speaking on behalf of their site, you can't open a new account, and have to wait until you get back home to use your existing account. They don't say you can't (or can) open accounts on Bodog, Bodog88, etc., for other countries, as that's got nothing to do with them, assuming the CS agent works strictly for Ignition (and maybe Bovada).

Just pointing that out so no one gets confused as to why the CS answer seems to contradict what others are saying - it might not.

Thanks for contacting Bovada Customer Service.

Thank you for the feedback on our new poker tables. Whether good or bad, we always appreciate our players sounding off on their experience, the details of which we take into consideration when making improvements to your gaming experience. Keep in mind, the new tables you see today are just the beginning, so you can expect dynamic new features, including the return of our hand animations, to be added in the coming months. Once again, thanks for taking the time to send us your comments and, as always, thank you for continuing to play with us.

We’re available to help 24/7 if you need anything else.

Thanks,

Bovada Customer Service

theres this another annoying bug, when you try to change settings and you have tables open, the table window keeps popping into main focus and when you click back to settings menu, again it keeps going back to table i have to click like 6 times to finally change something

just me or the new software is much glitchier? closed an empty 4th table to try a different stake and now it says I can't open a 4th table because I'm already on 4 lol. tables getting stuck at 75% loading half the time too. were not only unpaid beta testers, we have to pay $ (in dc's etc) to test their new software for them.

just lost 10bb calling instead of folding because they made the call button appear where the fold button is a millisecond prior. would bet my roll no one who worked on this software ever played a hand of poker before or after creating it.

oh and if you timeout (like everyone is doing because no one knows when it's their turn to act) you don't get to sit back in. you have to wait for the BB. I sat out button by accident and missed the cutoff, HJ and LJ. that's probably the most absurd bug I've ever seen
Works fine for me. I just spam the button to open 4 tables. It will sit me at empty tables and then it will eventually move me to a full table. If it doesn't after a few minutes, I just close and re-open.

Despite everything that is bad about this client what amazes me the MOST is their connectivity issues.

I just can not understand how something like this would not be the most important thing for a poker client which is dealing with peoples money. How many of you here have gotten a random disconnection in the middle of your pots and lost money?

I just play at the micros so Im only dealing with pennies but I just cant fathom that a poker platform could have this bad connection issues.

Getting 2-outered by a black box on the river during an FT today was amusing. I think I'm starting to like this update!

Limit holdem has been especially dead lately.

They already killed O8 years ago when they went to the anonymous tables.

Now limit holdem is probably the next casualty.
