Is it ok to create an ID through a new agent?
Why don't you contact the site and let us know what their response is?

Because I was prompted not to use my wallet again.
You don't need a new wallet, you just need a new BTC address for each withdrawal. You can generate a new BTC address for a wallet at anytime in your BTC client.

No, you just use a new address each time.

I believe it creates a new address once you use that address.
I don't use Bitpay myself but the wallets I've seen work that way.

Everyone still having problems? Guess there's no point playing anyway even if I could log in if most people are having trouble.

Seems amazing how what appears to be the biggest poker site, casino, and probably sportsbook serving the U.S. online market is constantly lagging, bugging out, or just breaking entirely.

Not like there are other good options though, at least for poker.

Edit: Any one have a good way of knowing if ignition is currently down/disconnecting players other than coming to this thread and complaining/seeing if others have complained?

Hi all, i just recently signed up for ignition. My left side of the client (cashier) is greyed and i cant click anywhere on that side.

Other problem i have is that the tables are loading till 97% and it gets stucked there. Pretty frustrating. Would appreciate if someone can help. I am using windows 10 pro. Thanks

Ignition sucks, their support sucks and after their last email basically saying “tuff titty” everyone disconnects occasionally I’ll never play there again. They said I need to clear my browser cache, reboot my router, check my laptop for malware etc and so on. All this even after I proved they were lying after they said I was the only player at the table disconnecting and I sent them their own hand histories that showed 3 other players disconnected in about a 20 hand example.

There are definitely some weird things going on with the poker client poker lobby. Others above have mentioned the the left side grey out. Well for me the center-right side of where everything else is located starts to slide down the poker client. For example where it says Zone Poker and then below that it says Cash Games, etc...over time instead of Zone Poker being at top of client, it moves down an inch and then later another inch with the stuff on the left side cashier staying in place. During a long session the poker lobby gets taller and taller with the left stuff with cashier staying in proper location but center-right stuff starting with Zone Poker starts to slide down and off of the bottom of my laptop.

This client is such garbage. ****ing swear. Is this how they keep the recs on and the regs off?

In the space of an hour twice now I got d/c and thrown off the table in the middle of two big hands.

My internet was working perfectly meanwhile and I made sure by opening up a new browser etc simultaneously when I was supposedly disconnected.

It doesnt even give me a time bank or whatever straight folds the hand.

Eveerytime I come back to this ****, its worse and worse.

I was only playing at the lowest stakes in the micros but if i was on a bigger table I would really never trust this **** site.

Do they expect to pay people for everytime they wreck a hand etc? No.

I simply dont get it. Connectivity is like the first most important thing for a gambling client with REAL money. It makes no sense to me how they can be SO bad at this and still continue to function as if its all good.

I have noticed these random disconnections almost every day. And trust me it is not my internet.

How tf do these guys extend there timebank for so long? A guy max late-regged my table in the $55 $25k and constantly renewed his time-bank to stall into the money.

No timeframe, no explanation, they just told me "once I monitor my account, update will be issued" to which I replied "how do I monitor my account" and they said "keep checking your account balance"

SMH

Depositing via Visa onto any of the other US facing sites is instant and easy. What's different here?

Coinbase is a terrible company IMO, and when I use cash app to deposit on Bovada, I basically pay $0 in fees
