Busted that tournament, hopped into some 1/2 Zone on the desktop client (which essentially works fine for some reason). Flopped a royal flush. I don't know the exact hand number, but I got a hand number one or two hands after. Can't look it up because the already broken hand history lookup has been completely broken for me this past week. Have been on chat support for over 45 minutes trying to claim the bonus. Have been asked to hold for 1-2 minutes 4 times now...and each time has resulted in a wait of at least 8 minutes. Not a pleasant way to spend the evening. Makes me yearn for the days of calling Bodog.

Just email support. Live chat is useless. They've always gotten back to me quick about royal flush bonus

Always hard to determine when playing Anon games but anyone else recently thinking there's been a wave of bots in the 1k games?

I haven't been in the loop for a long time but I thought Ignition bought the Bovada software and Bovada stopped offering poker? It looks like Bovada now offers it again? When did this happen and is the software for both Bovada and Ignition players or separate?

Mac version is super glitchy. Noticing weird things like tables freezing up easily and now this new thing where the table runs fine but you cannot click any of the buttons.

Check your inbox for an email from Ignition today. They just gave me a $100 bonus with no deposit needed, and a 50% up to $250 deposit bonus. Saw they gave someone on Reddit $200 free and the same deposit bonus.

EDIT: Made the deposit and bonus was immediately credited to my account once the deposit hit. They are also giving us until May 2019 to unlock both bonuses, which is pretty amazing as far as bonuses go.

I called and spoke to the rep who said they are 2 different companies , but share the same pool. I thought it was their own skin when they moved people off bovada but the way she was wording it made it sound like something else. Idk. Who knows.

Glad bovada is back, and we can start using the sports book again.
Saw the nightly 25k had an increase in traffic , and hope to see the 100k get back to 175-180 where it was before.

I am on a Mac as well and this is happening to me too. Is there any way to play? The buttons for raises etc. do not work. All I can do is check and bet minimum. Happening on cash tables. Does this also happen in Sit and Gos?

This is happening on Ignition skin. Does it happen on Bovado as well? I moved to Ignition after Black Friday.

On a Mac, you seem to only be able to play one table at a time and on the second table the buttons don't work. Then, if you say are done with a SitnGo, you have to reboot either your machine or Ignition client in order to get the buttons to work even on just one table.

A real bummer. I have emailed support and they say it will take up to 72 hours for a response. Is there another place on Ignition I can look to find out where support contacts are? I only clicked on the email address at the top right in the client because that is all I could find.

How is it for other Mac users?

how hard is it to make tables pop up to the front on windows? it must be REALLY hard if ignition cant figure it out. its annoying as fk

i can confirm it wont work. i have multiple sites running and it never pops up to the front (i know i checked the options etc) - where as ACR will pop up in front of everything when its my turn (so does every other site in the world)

is it a bug or am i right?
