I can't even get into the site let alone worry about a hud. How are you guys getting in?
I uninstalled the **** software. I cleared my cookies and still just lags forever and then lets me log in and then doesn't let me sit A table.

Earlier I couldn't get in because about 30 versions of the client all tried to load at once. In task manager I could see this.
For me on Ignition, this problem has been resolved by Ignition. I'm not having problems getting in right now and when I look at task manager, everything's back to normal. I didn't reinstall the software. The only thing I did was reboot my computer.

Same issue as you guys, 20 Ignitions running and eating up CPU to %100 nd DriveHUD not working. Not even going to try to load in again till later. Might be the last straw for me with Ignition as I was already frustrated with how the buttons don't work a lot of the time. Folded the nuts so many times because the bet didn't go through and I wouldn't realize till it's too late.

Sounds dumb but are any of you writing to them?

They are pretty incompetent. I feel like no one really complains/ addresses issues and they fall behind to fix things.
Please email them and tell them your issues so we can get this fixed!

It is frustrating when you get the, "you are the only one that has the re-buy issue" response. You know, "The poker client is loading for everyone else, this is the first we hear about it, re-install the client" or the follow these steps bot.

Oh I agree 100%
I usually send a quick email whenever their is an issue or suggestions.

I’ve been hammering the ideas for bigger tourneys for months
Sadly they don’t listen to just me

I spoke too soon. My computer just came to a grinding halt and when I checked task manager, all those Ignition processes eating up CPU came back.

I'd like to add this to the list of glitch complaints... HH replayer randomly doesn't load or closes. This just started recently.

am I the only one that the check/fold button usually doesnt work preflop on ignition? as in u check it then someone raises and the check mark disappears from the button and you have to click fold again.

Ive been playing on ignition for about a year and its been like that since i started. I've never had any of the disconnection/lag issues anyone else had so i didnt bother complaining as its hardly an issue but crazy it hasnt been fixed.

Still can't login and live chat is making me call support to get access back. No idea why.

there is an influx of bots lately, super easy to spot for a few reasons. is anyone else noticing this 500-2knl? Should I email support with what I think? Is there anything to be done currently?

Get Joey Ingram after them. He went after America's Card Room for Bots with zero evidence and just a gut feel.

Obviously, Bots and Collusion exist to some extent on all sites, but IMO I don't think the unregulated sites care about the integrity of the game.

I play alot of SNGs and reviewed alot of bubble spots where the big stack only appeared to be putting pressure on me and not the other short stack. There are certainly some suspicious laydowns in my review of the hole cards.

I have tried everything.Cleared history,cache,DNS and still nothing.
The software just buffers when I open it then after a few minutes i'm able to log in but it's so worthless I can't even load any tables.


Any suggestions? This is two days now of no grinding. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think they care. They ban cheaters and colluders, give out refunds to those harmed. Problem is they don't prioritize poker, or putting money into security, servers, etc.

Even on bigger sites with better security its often players policing each other and bringing up collusion and bots, so I think its good to be doing that even on these sites where it can feel pointless at times.
