The maximum total bonus issued is $2,000 and can only be redeemed once, and only valid with a bitcoin deposit.
The deposit plus bonus amount is subject to a 25X playthrough requirement before the deposit, bonus amount and any winnings can be withdrawn.

What does a 25X playthrough mean?

as far as I can tell, and someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but all of the selectable bonuses (like the bitcoin bonus or the welcome bonus) only apply to the casino.

The poker bonus is automatic, and based on accumulating "poker points" in the first month (which are earned based on rake/entry fees paid).

I have been playing a lot on the poker tables but I havent unlocked any sort of poker bonus. Why does it seem to me that I have only got the casino bonus?

I thought the same, I looked at the chart etc.

but since the first day its been an irritating 50$ bonus on my screen.

I also dont know the deal about non-withdrawable funds but it seems the more I play the more my funds are being converted to withdrawable so not complaining there.

I had a similar looking dashboard thing, w/ non-withdrawable funds and bonus funds. I was curious after reading your post, so I messaged customer service asking "why do I have non-withdrawable funds, and why is it [dollar amount] ?", and after waiting about 5-10 mins or so they converted 100% of my funds, bonus and non-withdrawable to withdrawable, so now I have a nice 100% green circle.

So I still have no ****ing idea why it happens or what the deal is, but they fixed the problem. If it's annoying you or doesn't go away on it's own you can try the same.

Fairly certain the bonus funds are for the Casino. Not sure on the non-withdrawable funds?

weird table size problem, works fine on old laptop windows 10 v.1511 but on new laptop windows 10 v.1709 the table fills up whole screen. If I click on the default or cascade icons the table blinks to regular size for a fraction of a second and goes back to full size

any idea if this is due to the Windows version or some other setting?

I was playing a 30k guaranteed crazy 7s event or something today and about 20 people from the money just about everybody at my table started tanking like crazy. It was annoying but I thought when the bubble burst it would stop... but it didn't. On a 9max table 6 of the players used their entire time for every decision every single hand. I went card dead (for like 15 hands)and the next thing I knew I went from like 4th in chips with 30 blinds to less than 5 blinds before I could play a hand.

Is this tanking normal on bodog tournaments? It was very frusturating and not much fun.

Yes it's normal. I quit playing tournaments there a couple of years ago because of it. You'll find idiots that tank from the very first hand of MTTs as well.

Man I just sent them about 7 hands of things going wrong.

I was in the SB with Aces, guy in CO opens, I 3 bet, all the tables timeout, random people are getting kicked off the table I lose all my action, all player notes, all of my added "chips". Killed the dynamic of my game and it happened twice. Forced me to sit out, had to resit all my tables.

This has actually happened to me a good bit before their update I just didn't gripe about it but enoughs enough, I'm not playing 1 cent 2 cent over here.
