Not sure if I am the only one... but tourneys seem to glitch so much via mobile.
Cash games work fine. But tourneys I usually see 1 hand ... and it’s froze. Super frustrating.

I emailed support and they said to play using google chrome. I tried and it was worse than safari. So be warned and be careful if you decide to try a tourney since it basically was / is unplayable. Again, cash works great.

Yeah, same here. Played a smaller tourney just fine, but a larger one would constantly get stuck at 99% no matter what the browser. Support refunded my entry after I complained. But, they still gave me the same boiler-plate spiel about resetting my router and other computer-only troubleshooting.

So my issue from a few posts above has been fixed. But to all of us who've seen problems/glitches since the update two days ago it seems like every few hours something does actually get fixed, so they're aware of bugs and are working on them--even if the email response you get from them will likely say it's "your system" that is at fault LOL. So hang in there, I think everything will be back to normal shortly. I had 3 issues that bugged me and they've all been fixed in the last 48 hours. Running much smoother now.

So ever since the update I can't load the Bovada Windows poker app (I use Windows 10). It's stuck loading lobby.exe. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've tried reinstalling the app and still have the same result. I emailed support last night but haven't heard back yet. Thanks for any help, everyone!

Cash game tables arent showing up for me. When I select the "Cash Games" Tab the bottom half of the screen is blank. Can't even see the choices of NL, Omaha or players per table.

Anyone else with the same issue?

edit: Just as I post this the glitch is gone. But now stuck at 0% to loan a new table.

Have they released the schedule for this Super Millions series yet? I found the page about the sats they're running but nothing about the actual events and when they are other than the 300k ME.

Also, it's funny you're only allowed to win 1 seat and if you win 2, you forfeit the 2nd. At least they're committed to their inane strategies.

Having a bug where like my 2nd or 3rd table won't load stuck at 97% but then i can open up more after that.

THen my hand history window doesn't load and is a black box, i can't close it without closing the client. I cannot look at hand histories because of that so if i win at showdown, i can't see what they had...

I still can't open a table, tourney, or view a table for that matter. Contacted support and they give ZERO ****s.

Are any of you using MAC and everything is good? My tables load to 88% and freeze.

I have a windows desktop that works fine. So frustrated!

It is not against the TOS to use one. The only thing I would be worried about is some pissed off viewer sending the video to support claiming you are cheating, and then you may be in the TOS argument that has taken place many times before in this thread with a service rep. Or the service rep knows you are all good. Service reps say and know different things.

But yea. I assumed someone would report me right away. I am not sure if its worth streaming if I can't use my hud for jackpots. Even though it is just VPIP/PFR/AF as the only stats I can really use in that small of a sample. It is very useful for multitabling.

Is there a way to get drivehud to track my cash game hands and stats on Ignition? It isn't saving my hand histories or my stats over time.

I also am having trouble getting the stats under the correct player, as there's no player names and you can't easily identify which player is which.
