I emailed support and they acted like the site was up. They told me if I can't log on to clear my cookies/cache and if that doesn't work to reinstall the software. This is quite weird.

I reinstalled the software. When I try to log in I get error code "-11" and it tells me to contact support for more information. Not sure what is going on here.

Just called in. They said they're having issues with the software right now. Was pretty shocked they admitted it to me.

Then the rep says to uninstall and re download the software. I asked if I should do it that now or wait until they are able to fix whatever issue they're having, and she said do it now. So I did it for the lulz. didn't do anything obviously. guess it's a waiting game.

sucks too because I just got back from vacation and wanted to grind today

Assuming that's a typo, and you meant NY - yes, I believe they accept NY players, although I seem to recall in the past that's depended on where in NY (or maybe that was a different network).

If you meant are they based in NY, then no, of course not.

so whats the best hotkey program to use for bet sizing here? Super annoying that you can't enter numbers into the bet area anymore.

Not allowing you to hotkey any bet size and adjust slider increments however you wish is one of the most irritating things about US facing sites.

Fwiw I’m surprised anyone still has trouble with inserting bet sizes. I haven’t had that problem in a while. That’s on 2 different windows computers and one Mac.

havent had betsizing/typing in box issues in ages, there were a few days after an update a couple months ago where that happened but then it stopped and hasnt been an issue since. i imagine those having trouble are using table tamer or some other crappy 3rd rate hotkey/table positioning software

has anybody noticed your balance is less when you log back into the client the day after you finish a session?

Sometimes i find the balance is less like an hour later. Is this because when you click refresh of the balance when you close tables its not always correct?

I swear (have screenshots) my balance is $20usd approx less every time i log back in a day after playing
