the cash game lobby is awful what are you talking about ? I was playing on this site over the summer before they changed the lobby and there was so much omaha action , everything from micro to 30-60 limit when it was a normal lobby.

now I cant find an omaha game anywhere at any limit at any time with the ridiculous cash game lobby they have now

FYI I asked support and for American Ignition players like myself, your account will be auto frozen if you try to log in from outside the US (such as while on vacation as I was this past weekend in Canada). Just wanted to let everyone know in case the question comes up again in the future.

So much this, it's a terrible change. All they needed to do was implement the ability to mute individual players.

I don't like censorship of any sort. That said I glad that guy that kept on calling people Retarted and the N Word on $25 NL can't do that any longer.

Even worst is that idiotic and distracting 'block chat' slide out every time the mouse goes over another player.

This would have been a much better change. As mentioned there is benefits to chat that will be lost due to this decision.

The majority of guys who do this are recreational players. Majority of regs aren't doing that since it will probably negatively affect their bottom line.

It's vile but all you do by censoring them is stop them from letting off steam. This makes the games less interactive and less enjoyable for the recreational players. It's a truly awful change.

i do kinda agree with that - chat made it easier to see who the bad/tilted players were

agreed that the ability to just mute would be better but this is Ignition. can't always get what you/literally anyone else wants

Obviously it's way less likely to see chat at anon zone. There's a lot of chat at reg tables and I'm sad to see it go.

The real crime is that one of the quick chat options isn't "What A Save!"

And then other people who are supposed to be good at business dealings said "yes that will be the difference maker" NOT LETTING PEOPLE CHAT WILL BE THE WAY WE CAN GET MORE BUSINESS!!!!!

These people are fools. Dumb criminals. Global Poker also sucks and is 100% better than these jokers. The only thing missing in this story is that these offshore criminals end up in prison. I am looking forward to that end.

I get the feeling if you did not tell your story that the poker community could have been ruined forever. Thank god they cut off the chat so poker can now thrive. I heard that in Vegas they are experimenting with no chat live tables because there is a big demand for that kind of thing. Just thank god Bovada is leading the way.

No chat - incredibly ******ed. The boxes that pop up next to other players when u move ur mouse around - even worse.

Leave it to ignition.... Some of the juiciest 5/10 action I ever got was from chatting up 2/5 players and convincing them to get a game going. Obviously the recs will hate this change, maybe enough to make some play less/not at all

I posted earlier they tend to not go back on their changes. Well theres alotta ppl just here alone who are upset about chat being gone, how many have actually contacted them to voice their displeasure???? Maybe if a bunch do and say things like they enjoy the "social aspect" of poker or they want the chat back cuz they love talking about the sports games they're going to bet on etc etc maybe they'll cave and bring it back. Cant hurt to try, after all they brought back bovada poker......lol like a year later.

I dont know why they just cant suspend/ban players chat like stars used to if people complaining about getting berated is the reason for the change.

Is it possible that we are supposed to have the option to chat while still having this emoji feature? I am able to chat on my MTT but not my SNG's

My experience. I play on my iPad on mobile zone mostly. Micros. Today I'm loaded to 100% yet the table does not open. I try a cash table and I get to 97% and dead. So I switch to my laptop. I can sign in and play no issue. So I play a couple $2 jackpot games. First game no issue. Second game one player is sitting out and blinds out. Next game I register, get to 97 % and nothing. I close the client, reopen and I'm able to get to my game where I had already lost 250 out of the 500 chips. Chip leader has 800 plus. First hand I double up, next hand I knock out one player, now the chip leader is sitting out and blinds out to lose to me. So I can't open a zone or cash table, I'm playing against players who are obviously disconnected, yet Ignition has no issues on there end. Their email response takes days so emailing with an issue is somewhat pointless. The chat change does not affect me but having the ability to shut chat off is all they needed to do. I like hearing about Kanye West from time to time.

Yes today has been bad. I imagine with the roll out of the new chat its what is crashing the poker client. I also had to manually join each of my tables this morning. First load either wouldn't load or would miss a hand. I was getting bounced in and out some this morning until finally it crashed mid hand in SnG. Let me back in after closing and reopening the client. Came back into the same hand to have it freeze again. When I restarted the client this time it was giving me the connection error crap when the rest of my internet worked fine. Took me about 3 min to get back in and then my SnG wasn't even available anywhere to rejoin. No way I blinded out in a few min with low blinds and couldn't find the table or history either. I emailed them and got an auto response about high customer support volume. I was think shocking right. So I will wait to hear from them before I play any more right now. Like IMMEUR said I was one of those disconnected guys losing my money.
