I sit on the top middle position on my top two tables and bottom middle position on the bottom two, makes it easier

How do you move your seat to a desired spot like this? Is there a box to check in settings? I didn't see one and would love to also be top or bottom middle at every table.

Have hand replays not been working for others for a few days now?

The window stops loading at 97%. It's probably been over a week now that this has been happening. Not the end of the world but pretty annoying not being able to see what they had.

From the lobby go to Settings>Gameplay Settings>Seating and choose your preferred seat for full ring, 6 handed, etc.

It's been weeks.

I was playing 4 tables and after the end of the session when I noticed my balance was a few buy-ins short of what I expected I went into the Game Transactions tab and noticed that only 3 of the 4 tables I was playing showed up. Anyone else have this error? Looks like a bug caused ignition to not render the cash out of one of my tables thus shorting me a couple buy ins.

The delayed bankroll update happens sometimes to me, where it will take 10 minutes or so to update, but it always has. The day it takes longer than that, I'm seriously calling them and letting them have a piece of my mind before I cash out for good.

From everything I can tell, this site looks like it's heading to its demise. Just about every single guaranteed tournament has significant overlay. Hardly any of their satellites run. And the disconnection bugs/97% loaded crap is at an all time worst.

How can they keep running like this for much longer? Traffic is obviously dropping off. It is downright embarrassing that they can't fill even 10% of their satellites for a big tournament series.

Got refunded for the two tournaments, I didn’t have to call in for an hour, I did however, have to wait like 55 hours for them to respond to me via email. Lol

I'm no defender of Ignition, but to be fair, they always run way too many satellites and most don't run. However, traffic is much higher than a few months ago. Just look at zone. It used to be .02/.05, 0.10/0.25, and 0.5/1 and that's it. Lately almost every stake has been running 24/7.

I actually played the session about an hour ago and still haven't had my balance updated. Looks like I'll have to email support if I want the $. Probably going to withdraw from ignition. RIP

Well just to update about 2 hours after the session was played the balance got updated

see some previous posts about files to delete in app data. there is also a cookies.ini in .../local/

so i load up 4 jackpot SNG's and 2 of them get stuck at 97% loading screen. How do you find your SNG tables after xing out of the screen to re-load?

Does anyone have a fix to get the hand replayer in tournaments to load past 97%? I'd like to know what my opponents had lol

For those types im guessin you probaly have to log out and re log in again

Better off playing the regular sit n go's under these conditions.

I have found them to be much more profitable.

But if you have 4 cash tables open, you can't play a sit n go. You can play a jackpot though. That's the only reason I'll play one sometimes.

Fun to be in a tourney with a decent stack close to the money and site goes down! Has this exact type of issue happened before? Do they refund buy-in money?
