My Mac Desktop is older, so I'm not on that OS, however I can say that in playing on a Mac I've encountered virtually none of the issues that seem to be plaguing others of late.

They did an update yesterday. As long as you get the update installed fully, then it works. But yes, yesterday and even today it was acting a little strange.

I was doing some testing w/ the jackpot S&G's and it would register and then hang (had to request one refund, which they will only give back in bonus). sigh. And then cash game tables, it would occasionally bring up a message that it was down for maintenance (which I had other tables running), and then 20 minutes later work again.

So they are doing some software updating... hopefully it helps some w/ the lag. But I've not been super hopeful about the decisions their development team has made.

I just sent this email to support but was hoping I might find an answer here faster

Hi I am trying to open your poker client after an update and every time I do the loading screen pops open for maybe 1 second then exits out. it looks like this

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times using different browsers and I have even gone into my pc and deleted all stored files after I uninstall and still nothing will work.

any ideas?

This same thing is happening to me. Paid version.

I can only open America's Cardroom after closing my table tamer.

im done playing on ignition software sucks. Im trying to play jackpot sng tables and they stop loading at like 97% and freeze. I have to exit all my games close ignition and hope that i when i open it again it will load up correctly.

Oh look a new update, maybe the fixed the obvious table sizing problem and removed that ugly white bar at the top of the tables that they added for no conceivable reason...

Same for me, tried similar, program just doesn't start. Shame, first time I've felt like playing in a while.

I have v4.57.00, which is the most current version afaik. When I open the client from my PC desktop, particularly at night, I am able to play Zone or SNGs & Tournaments, however all too frequently I cannot play Cash Games. The message is: "Sorry, we're currently down for maintenance. Please come back later." It's just weird because in the past when they were "down for maintenance" I wasn't able to play any format of poker (cash, MTT, SNG, Zone, etc). Furthermore, when this is going on I am able to play the cash games from my iphone. I prefer playing on the PC, however. Went through deleting the Bovada file in appdata/roaming, uninstalling the client, restarting the PC, reinstalling the Bovada client....nothing works. And when I call them they tell me that nothing is down and that there are no issues on their end. So maybe it's me, but I can't figure out what or where the problem is.

There is some sort of bug when I close the replayer window it closes my whole client

my replayer hasnt worked at all the last 2/3 days. it always goes to 97% and stops. restarting pc and client didn't help.

sorry we're currently down for maintenance at the cash game tables intermittently all the time cant get one to load now.

I'm playing in Colombia! <where the government just blocked all online gambling sites> So I assumed I couldn't get the new update when I was faced with this message:

But, it seems like people outside of country are having problems too.

Cash games the replayer is working for me however on zone poker table it will just freeze at 97% . Also have noticed that hands in my PT4 after downloading them are not showing hole cards unless they went to showdown. Before it would always show all folded cards etc. after the 25 hour mark once downloaded.

Anyone have trouble with Bitcoin deposits? My wallet shows it as completed, yet Ignition is saying it failed.
