You can use Ignition Card Catcher in conjunction with PT4 or HEM2. Works great for me! There's a subforum for ICC in Internet Poker and the dev is always answering questions and issuing update links.

been having the" sorry we are down for maintenance please come back later" message at cash games off and on for a couple of days. Zone all others seem to work. It also has worked intermittently so I might have 4 tables of cash going close one table and can't add the 4th cash game because of the message. Then hour later for some random reason I can get back into cash games.


Amazing as I'm typing this the cash games opened up again after 15 minutes.

Anyone have the Jackpot SNG blind structure yet? 500-chip starting stack and 3-Minute blinds is all I see on the website.

HELP WITH MAC INSTALL

I've downloaded the software multiple times. Everytime the software is installed and I open the app it stays on "Liveupdate" and never updates. I contacted ignition and they blamed it on my internet which works perfectly fine. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Anyone having trouble with some HHs they've downloaded? I have a few files downloaded, however all of the text files are empty when I open them and obviously can't import anything.

on the bodog skin I get this problem often where you open a table and it get stuck at 97%. In MTTS or sngs its annoying but you just close it and go mess around in the lobby and try to keep opening it back up and itll eventually go to 100% and open up.

Well I just regged 2 jack pot sng and it did the stop at 97% thing. The problem is there is like no jackpot sng lobby where you can close and re open the tables. once I clicked the X it was lost in bodogspace. Pretty annoying. Now I have to email them and get the $ back hopefully. I did try again after for 2$ to test and it did open and I noticed one of the players was never there playing, so I assume it happened to him as well, and will/have happened to many others. This has to cost them so much money if they need to refund everyone on these buy ins. Pretty annoying.

haha I'm talking to live chat regarding my jackpot sng not opening. the games are over with and finished fast. The lady on support is asking if I have tried to log out and log back in? are they stupid? Like the game is already over what would that do now? do they have a clue?

The Last couple of days I've played on sit and go jackpots, got frozen out at one table (server disconnect and once reconnected unable to rejoin table) and another table loaded at 97% going no further despite charging my account. I email support and a day later they get back to me saying, "It appears you've already contacted us with the same inquiry and we were able to provide assistance over the phone. Should you require further assistance, please let us know."

I've never talked to them so I email back saying as much and they respond with the exact same boilerplate as before as if they didn't even read the email. I jump on chat, 20 minutes of waiting later I explain to the CS about the table issues and after 15 minutes of the CS looking into the frozen and partially loaded table the CS tells me it's on my end but this one time they'll make an exception. I said the only exception is the software should have never have been put live, it's been bouncing in and out of maintenance all day while I've had no internet connection issues whatsoever. Whatever, why they choose to cover-up rather than being transparent seems counterintuitive considering the business they are in where trust is paramount. The chat CS also couldn't explain the email support saying the issue had been dealt with over the phone despite me never talking to them on the phone. All in all Ignition has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

They'll tell you it's on your end, and by that I think they mean you're the fool who decided to play on ignition. I had the exact same issue, the software is ****.

they have said the same thing to me before with MTTs. "it is your fault but this time we will make an exception and refund you"

Regarding the jackpots they did look into it and gave me cash back to my account. Wont be risking it with the jackpot sngs further.

what are your guys luck with the new jackpot sng? i have played it twice at 2$ and both times it was a 4$ payout.

That will usually be the case, and is why you must play tons of them to try to get your piece of the ones that are bloated. They will come. Just gotta put in the volume. I have played about 100 now, and the highest buyin multiplier I've seen is 6x.



Ok so I am in a satellite for this $82 8K KO tourney, and it is an $11 buyin that says "10 Seats Guaranteed"

Bull****. I am sitting with a top 5 stack with 24 remaining, and there is a few more mins of registration, but there is currently only 9 seats guaranteed. Looks like it is going to reach the 10 seats anyway so no overlay, but you know what? You can't convince me they are going to honor the 10 seats if it doesn't. What, just throw one on there at the end?

No. That isn't how any site EVER does it. If it's 10 seats guaranteed, put that in the DAMN PRIZE POOL IMMEDIATELY, don't show me that 10th place gets $22 as we approach no more late reg.

Just another example of how crappy this software is...but also a real concern in terms of honoring payouts....I wonder how they would have handled it... Just absurd that it comes to that question, though. It scares me for larger buyins and prizepools with overlay....

Just for comparison, I'm playing in the $250 $30k 6max, and there's a 2.5k overlay. Which they obviously put in the prize pool.

But...do you see my point in a satellite how that would be hard for them to honor it if they didn't put the guaranteed seat in the prizepool at the beginning?

I realize they put the guaranteed money in the MTTs. So I guess I don't worry about that really but just the fact they don't go ahead and put ten seats when they advertise ten seats guaranteed, is...not fishy...but just like, come the **** on type stuff.

In the 2$ games, hit 10$ five times and 240$ once. about 40% win rate for 4$, 60% for 10$, and got crushed and busted first in the 240$.

Won the only 7$ one I entered.

I played one $2 that paid $30 I won that one I have played 1 or 2 dozen $4 and probably lost at least 70% of them
