Absolutely their problem.. I'm running a top line rig.. And 150mbs of Internet .. No way my **** is dropping their client.. It's 150 % their issue

I haven't had many problems the past week, but about an hr ago I was getting the weird "you can still play blah blah" error message and couldn't log in. I cleared my history/cache etc on Chrome and ran a simple avast quick scan... restarted my comp and I could log on fine... Didn't even reinstall the client.

I haven't played or reg'd yet but I'm in and everything looks good so far.

Just got in after about an hour of trying.

Was planning on playing all the tourneys today plus midstakes cash, instead I'm stuck grinding 1 table of a $33 MTT fml.

Anyone know what will happen to SMPO3 Main Event tickets won thru satellites? Would prefer $450 cash over a ticket for a tourney I can't even get into...

I'm pissed - have been real excited to play these tournaments for the past few days. Girlfriend even told me I could play all day as long as I got a million chores done. I did all of them. Signed up for the mini main. Cant sign on....better get a ****ing refund

I just played a reconnaissance tournament and it ran OK. It took me a bit longer to log in though. I'm redeeming all my points and exercising a 'ticket only' policy today.

i was playing the mini main and then was knocked offline. Now i cant log in. I called support and they said that the issue is sitewide. They told me that i can just go about my business and they will issue me a refund. I used a ticket and mentioned this to them, so hopefully they just give me cash.

This is incredibly frustrating. I called support yesterday as my area had a local 100k GTD live tournament taking place today. Support assured me that their techs we're fairly certain everything would work out so I skip the live tournament in favor of a much larger guarantee and the ability to play multiple big MTTs. Guess I'm the fish here. I played mid stakes cash all night last night with no trouble and the software was much better than earlier in the week. I talked to multiple other regs I know and they all said the same thing. Been trying to get in for the last 45 minutes with no luck. It's a ****ty situation because bovada knows I will continue to play regardless of the issues but what scares me is that most fun players are not going to go through so much hassle to just dump their money off.

Man, who ever is lucky enough to still be in those tournys are going to be playing mostly AFK people....

has anyone been able to get in lately? i know several people who are playing without issue, i can get lobbys to pull up but i cant register. this is ridiculous

Just got in guys. Uninstalled bovada, then cleared history cache cookies etc. reboot comp then re install

Finally got in after 2 hours....maybe they just fixed it

Can't reload on any table. Reload button disappears altogether even after getting 0'd.
Please mention this when talking to support.

I got in. I'm trying to remain positive, but it's incredibly frustrating when you pre register and expect to play the entire tournament then get disconnected at 30/60 and come back to 100/200 and 2k less chips. I doubt they will reimburse us for this bull**** but I feel like this isn't even a fair poker tournament. Hopefully I can ship it and all will be forgiven lol
