Hi,

I was wondering if anybody was making decent money grinding mtt's on Bovada. I was thinking about getting back on there to grind some and was wondering if it was even possible anymore? Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I don't really understand what you are asking. For USA players, the MTT scene on Bovada is either best or 2nd best in the business (Merge skins being the competitor). The CC deposits are smooth and the cashouts are equally smooth. If I were you and I were thinking about trying things out, I might check out the nightly $4k GTD 10 dollar tourney. You can satellite in for $2.

If you are looking to play a bit higher stakes MTT's, they have a pretty solid schedule during the evening. There's the $55 10k gtd and then the $75 $7k, plus you have the $40 $6k and the $40 $5k 5,000 chips turbo. You also have the $30 $5k turbo. Also a super-turbo $20 at midnight.

If looking to play some smaller games, there are also two $3k gtd turbos that are $12 and $11 buyin and a $5 rebuy turbo later at like 11pm.

Bovada has me on TILT. They sent me a bad check. It bounced 3 weeks after I deposited it. They did get me another check to cover it, which has cleared. BUT, I had $200 in fees from my bank. I've sent them numerous copies of my bank statement, and they keep asking me to "kindly send a copy" of a doccument that they already have.

The check was in Canadian Dollars. I lost $50 due to the exchange rate when it bounced. The check was for $2500. My bank credited my account for $2455 upon deposit. When it bounced, the Canadian dollar was worth more, so my bank (right or wrong) deducted $2505 from my account. I got my bank to type up a letter explaining this. Bovada thanked me for it, and did NOTHING. They just keep asking me to kindly send same documents that I've already sent them. So, I send more copies.

They thank me for sending the documents, and (I don't know) lose them?!?! Every email that I send them, they reply and say want a copy of my bank statement, or the letter from the bank. I've been going around in circles with these jack-asses for a month now. 3 trips to the bank, several hours on my email explaining what happened and nothing is getting resolved. I was polite at first, now I'm being a jerk about it.

It's as if there are hundreds of people in their bad check department who don't communicate with one another. What's happening to the faxes/email attachments that I send? I’m picturing them having ticker-tape parades with my shredded documents that they kindly thank me for.

All said and done, I'm out $50 because Bovada sent me a bad check. Yes, it's $50. Most of us play hands for much more. It's the principle of the matter that has me steaming. Even my crappy bank refunded some of the fees, and they’re more notorious for bad service than Time Warner Cable. I would think Bovada would want to thoroughly examine the evidence before blowing off a customer that they screwed.

"Does this site allow deposits and withdrawls for players from NY?"

I saw this post a little while back but didn't see any response.

Are there no NY posters on here? Was hoping to hear some feedback (positive?) from NY players about their ability to deposit and withdraw real money on Bovada?

I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday and was told I could deposit and withdraw via Rapid Transfer. I feel I will be able to deposit my money on there fairly easily. However, I am still hesitant to deposit because I am concerned about being able to withdraw if I should win any moneiz.

Any NY players in the house??

I'm sure it's in this thread somewhere, but please, for the love of god, add an auto top-up option! It's so tilting not having one, especially when I'm playing Heads-Up.

I am a US player. I am looking to deposit maybe. Let me get this right. You can only play four tables? You can use a hud. How long does a withdraw take? What is the best way to get a sign up bonus? How much traffic does Bovada have? Anything else you think i should know. Thanks

There is a 4 table cap for sng/cash tables, mtt cap is 20. Withdraws seem to be within 1-2 week timeframe. Sign-up bonus can be found on website. Bovada traffic is hard to determine but the traffic is in the neighborhood of merge and possibly revolution imo.
