Hello I tried to withdraw with bitcoin today and it couldn't because I've used the address before and they require a unique address for every installment.

But that is the address for my wallet. Do I need to create a new wallet for every withdraw or am I missing something here. I use BTC Markets and a blockchain.com wallet and they both have an unchanging address it seems.

The software issues have been horrendous lately. Can someone add to this list?
-Log-in displays in other languages (rare and random)
-Tables stuck at 59% loading
-Players forced off tables in the middle of hands and asked to log back in
-Time outs during all-ins
-Constant connection issues
-Bankroll display issues
-Bankroll sync issues trying to join cash game tables
-SORRY, WE ARE DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE <--multiple times a day

Bad UX is one thing, but these issues are literally lighting money on fire for Ignintion/Bodog. Any 2p2 admins have any insights to share as to why there are so many issues with Ignition as of late?

On blockchain you can select address (that’s what it is on mobile, I think this is on the upper right hand side of desktop). You click on the wallet that you want to deposit to and it’ll take you to another page where you can add addresses for the chosen wallet. You can create and archive addresses this way

Their main focus with poker was to make a good mobile app, at the expense of the computer play. It isn't the hit they were hoping it would be and they don't care enough to scrap it and start over.

The last three weeks I have had problems with Ignition in terms of log in, loading tables and accessing the lobby. Bovada has worked perfectly fine during that same time frame. I mean I have tried to log into Ignition and not been able to get in and then I immediately try to log into Bovada and it works. For them being skins of the same network that is disturbing.

Was the time line, Bovada sold to Ignition and there was only Ignition and then years later Bovada came back? Is Bovada the flag ship company and Ignition a franchise? Is Bovada pulling some dirty tricks not keeping Ignition updated to try and get people playing on Bovada? I'm not cool with not being able to log into a poker site and access my money.

I dont know much about nothing but I do know that I cant get any money out of Ignition Poker at this time. I have tried all methods of cashing out and they have blocked it. I dont know if it's a temporary glitch or intentional. I have tried cashing out to bitcoin, wire transfer and courier check. Aside from a player transfer or voucher (neither of which is cashing out) these are the only options. All tries end with a error box asking for a code which is supposed to be sent to my phone. No code ever comes. The resend code button does nothing. I am not stupid and I am not making this up. I simply want to cash out some of my winnings. Does anybody know anything about this? Has anybody cashed out lately? I have seen some other blogs mentioning similar problems but they are at least 6 months old. Must have been isolated incidents at that time since a major problem with the site you would think would draw a lot of attention and uproar from the poker community and I have not heard anything. Any feed back is appreciated.

I never joined ignition and have had bovada since bodog. I have had plenty of occasions of difficulty logging in on bovada during the last month.

A few times when I've logged in recently I'm taken directly to the transaction screen, except it takes up the whole program interface with no way to click back or off of it. I have to close it and restart the program to proceed. The software has been worse than ever the last week or so. I'm having all of the issues you list.

People have been complaining about captchas, but most of the time I complete it correctly. The problem I have is it then gives me an error instead of saying welcome. I then have to restart it again.

I can't open the client it just goes white and freezes. I got kicked out and then couldn't log back in. Honestly I don't have issues very often(fingers crossed) but this frustrating to say the least.

Also on a sick downswing the last couple weeks and of course I'm winning for a change. Maybe its a god time out or something.

Has anyone had trouble reloading on Zone Poker? I usually play two tables and it would only let me refill on one of them (the other's refill button will gray out after my first attempt to refill)

This is unplayable for me post update - nothing will load, can't close tournment tables, can't login half the time, half the time the side window with balances and settings is blacked out...
