Bobo Fett, frankly this is one of the things that ticks me off about you. I have it at about 5 or 6 people saying SimpleRick is tarding up this thread. In the political forum the moderator would have addressed the SimpkeRick-type offender directly instead of ALL.

I'll gladly let you check my posts in this thread and the WPN thread. My last post in the WPN thread, for example, if I remember correctly was responding to someone asking a question about if they could play from Vegas And go take a look at it I expanded on the topic.
And in this thread, someone recently posted some bad advice akin to bonus abuse. I routinely post to make sure someone doesn't get themselves in trouble and have their account suspended or money seized by bonus abuse. I even list the exact term of service number down to the Goddamn paragraph and sentence so that they don't have to take my word for it.I am in here being helpful. And often respond when someone is having trouble to let them know they can record their screen to help with a dispute over a tournament canceling, cash game freeze etc. And this recording the screen feature is even more important because in my next to last post in the WPN thread someone was complaining about the racial slurs in the chat box and how it often scrolled off the screen before he could screen shot it and I stepped in to suggest recording the screen if you know you are at a table with a bigot to have further proof. Unlike the helpful people around here, Simplezrick is in here doing nothing but tarding up this thread. Bobo Fett it is pathetic that are you are grouping everyone in the same ALL.

Sep, I have no idea why you need to take a simple comment so personally. No posts were deleted. No infractions. No warnings. Just a simple remark asking everyone to knock it off - a remark made immediately after one of Rick's posts, I'll add. But now on we go to 3 more posts in this derail, and more to come I'm sure, although I'll probably move these latest ones to the "Zoo Chat" thread.

I came into the thread to see people bickering back and forth about pretty much nothing, so I asked them to stop. It's that simple. I didn't have time to dig back through and try to figure out who was the bigger problem, and didn't think it was especially important given there had been zero post reports. In the future, if you have an issue with someone's posts and think they should be dealt with, then you should report the posts (red triangle to the left of every post) rather than arguing with them about how they're derailing the thread.

Does anyone have balances that are off. Their support seems almost useless. Was playing 4 tables and only saw 3 cashout of tables at the time i stopped my session and not 4. The table froze and just timed out without allowing me to act I should mention. Support keeps telling me that the balance is correct telling me I cashed out of 3 tables when I know for a fact I was playing 4 when I stopped

This is true. Table balances not returning to account is a known issue. Your best bet is to make a post on the Ignition or Bovada forum and one of the moderators there should be able to take care of it for you. That's how I got my issue resolved.

It might help if you can figure out which table number didn't return to your account when you post on their forum. Go into account in the client>hand history>game transactions. You should be able to find the table by the fact that the win/loss won't add up with the deposits and cash outs.

Major help! I cannot get back to my table in the $500 milly tourney on ignition??!! Is this happening to anyone today I took videos and sent them to support. I tried to call support but phone support down due to covid. I restarted client and everything and cannot get back on the table

If you can't get back after a while just stop trying. If you come back to like 1bb and play you won't get any refund. You should be able to get a refund but it's usually in the form of a tourney ticket. Not sure if there are any other $535's on a regular enough basis to use it. If you do ask for a refund make sure to ask for cash. Also, go and post on the website's forums, don't deal with email customer support they are incompetent. Forum moderator on their website will be better able to help you.

same here. never got back in and they blinded me off. my number was never seen in the lobby. i saw a decent numbers gone so players like you and hopefully others left and coulndt get back in so we can all email and when they get enough email they can understand that it was theirend and not oursand we get refunds. just gotta email and pray. gl

Yep, that happened to me too. Table sort of freezes and then it's trying to catch up to the current action. Be careful if some of your tables freeze completely by the way. It's hard to tell when I have a bunch of tourneys open and only one or 2 are frozen.

You will have better luck posting your issue on the Ignition or Bovada forum. Posting on their forums, instead of sending an email, will make the issue a lot more visible to everyone.

Turning off the setting “Show All-In Percentage” can help reduce table freezing.

Have weird glitch where I can't click on anything (see action but buttons frozen) leading me to timeout and which in turn makes me close client and restart (can't even click yes on 'close table' popup).

Anyone else get this?

man.. that happened to me like a week ago, i couldn't click on any action buttons for a few hands.. i assumed it was my laptop, which has a crack on the screen, thought for sure that was affecting performance. made me buy a new laptop. now that u saying this, it might of been the site this whole time. but it worked out. i got a laptop w bigger screen and ive made over 10k since..

The other day I just had a bunch of reward points put into my account on Bovada. Does anyone know what that may be from? I basically play 25NL and 50NL zone...not a lot though.

In the past I've noticed that you don't get many reward points from playing poker. Is this from the new rewards program?

Log Bovada online, and check your messages. Got the same on Ignition. Not sure why, but $65+ worth, not small change.

I keep getting an issue that when I log in I get the "oops something went wrong. Please try again" issue. This happens sporadically, sometimes it will work after a few tries sometimes it will continue to get the message and not work. Clearing my cache and cookies doesn't seem to work either. Anyone that is getting the same issue have any idea whats causing it?

You may need to delete the AppData/Roaming/ignitioncasino-eu-poker folder. Instructions somewhere above ITT.
