Edit: To clarify, nothing needed to be done to 'exploit' the system. You register the same as you always would, just the reward points given at end (which you have no control over) were x100.

The only way to not abuse it would be to register 0 tournaments, and play 0 cash games. If that's the case, everyone who played exploited the system yesterday, knowingly or otherwise.

Ignition is stealing from players. In ring games if you get disconnected you lose the money in the pot and your buy in isn’t being put back in your account.
It already happened before and they refunded what was left of my buy in but I lost what I had just bet into the pot when the screen froze and it disconnected.
I have screenshot proof which I sent to support but no answer yet.

Does it show up in the Hand History -> Game Transactions tab as just minus whatever your buyin was? Like -200? Or does it not show up at all?

I have never heard so many complaints on ignition/bovada ever!! I remember when wpn went throkgnt something similar like this for two months and everyone just hated it but eventually they back in the game and stable!! But some transparency from the site operator or rep would really help! But I am not sure if that would ever happen here .

I just went through the hand histories and the hands where I disconnected didn’t show up, however several other players showed up disconnected which is funny as in a previous email Ignition said I was the only one at the table who did, so they are also liars and not just cheats. I play micro stakes so monetarily it’s not but a few dollars but it’s the way they won’t own up to a problem that gets me.

Went from Bronze to Gold in just a few hours of play last night but they already redemoted me lol =/

Both of these things are pretty much the opposite of what ignition wants. They do their best to cater to the recreational players.

I got 2 $55 tickets and 8 $8 tickets worth of rakeback in ~4 hours worth of play. Used them all, cashed in first $25k, still in 2nd $25k so the rakeback was effectively ~$250 on ~$100 worth of rake.

Stop holding up all the ****ing games and play less tables. Nobody wants to wait 30+ seconds for you to make decisions.

I had something close to this happen last July. Eventually they told me to call support which I would've had I thought they'd understand anything that I'd have said when I did so. I chalked it up as a loss and didn't play on here for 6 months. Sadly back now because it's the only reasonable option for a US player.

I'd done this and explained it like they were 5 complete with artful screenshots but nothing but "call us".

Listen, it is literally NOTHING in terms of speed of game play to add this feature. The default timebank stays exactly the same (and if I wanna take 30 secs to make every damn decision I will--which I don't, not even close, and it's absurd and ridiculous to say that). Just as you currently needto be aware that the button must be clicked, so too are you trivially aware that those 90 seconds of timebank exist. Autoengage will not in any way reduce gameplay speed, all it does is piss off high-rake-paying customers like myself (and trust me, many, many, many, many others). There is literally no added time to any decision that isn't already granted to you by the site.

You think rec players aren't affected by the lack of this feature? These people egotistically will donk off their money regardless of whether or not an autotime feature--standard at literally every single other site I've ever played at--is implemented. It's incredibly tilting to timedown with time in your bank only to see your hand folded. This is the type of **** that drives away recs, not keeps them around.

Let me guess, you also love the feature of having to click action buttons multiple times because they don't always work the first time. The software is ass, the features are ass, just admit it. Doesn't change my desire to play there, but also not gonna stop me from giving my opinion.

I wouldn't trust the word of anyone who suggests WPN. Besides the awfully shady things that still seem to occur there, I've played there and it's ****ing awful. I don't keep up much with Global but it seems to be the most on par with Ignition for soft games but it seems the cashouts were in a bit of disarray the last I checked it out.

Play fewer tables.

Hi, I'm wondering if anybody else has the same software issues as me.

Sometimes when a new SNG starts, it doesn't pop up for me. When I hover over the bovada logo in the taskbar, I can see that it's there and I'm sitting out, but when I click it, the table doesn't pop up. I have to log out and back in again to see it. Anyone else had this problem, or know what to do with it?
