That’s exactly what happened, reset the HH and everything seems to be working now. I should have thought of this earlier.

I have chrome and IE. i don’t understand how that matters when I’m downloading hhs?

I logged in on Oct 15th and noticed about $8,500 from my Ignition poker account. I looked at the activity and someone had logged on early that morning and lost it all in cash games. I contacted the support team and they opened an investigation. Today I got an email and got this message.

"Hello Ben,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your issue.

We have performed a complete digital fraud review for the account activity on: Oct 15 2018. After a thorough review, we have determined that the unauthorized access claim was falsely submitted. This decision means that you will be held fully accountable for the activity on the account. Please note that this decision is final and this case will not be opened for a secondary review."

It appears they are accusing me of lying? I would appreciate further clarification. The IP had to be different than mine so I'm not understanding how they are saying I falsely submitted a claim?

I guess be very wary of Ignition casino because if you get your account hacked, they will do nothing for you and blame you for lying I guess.

It was cash games. Looks like repeated 1k buyins at tables. I noticed some Zoom cash as well. My account was restricted during the investigation and I'm still not able to access my account so I can't look exactly right now.

Update: I spoke with customer service and they say that the IP address during the activity of the hack was no different than the IP during my previous session. They also won't even let me back into my Ignition account until I "admit wrong doing in filing a false claim". There is no way I'm admitting to something I know I'm not in the wrong for though, so I guess I can't play on ignition anymore.

They were sure that someone from my IP was playing on my account, but I'm 110% sure that no one was. I live with my wife and she didn't get home from her overnight shift until 9 am, and I had stopped playing way before that. I was sleeping during some of the time the activity was going on. I'm extremely confused by all of this and filed a dispute with their dispute resolution office. I'll follow up when I hear back.

Sorry man that this happened. Here's advice, not aimed at you but everyone.
All of this is free software:
Use KeyPass to make passwords and create a thumbdrive Key file. The thumbdrive then acts literally like a key, without the thumbdrive plugged into your computer, no one can get on. Once you've generated complicated and unique passwords for all your money sites then change the passwords regularly, which is very easy.
Make a master password that has little to no English dictionary words. Create a long masterpassword but something easy for you to remember and easy to type. For example - Micasaistazul my house is blue in Spanish and German, then capitalize in odd places and punctuate oddly like miCasa, ist'azul"

Before signing in with your masterpassword and plugging in your keyfile, click on KeyScrambler. This makes sure that key loggers can't detect what you're writing. You'll need to install keyscrambler which is free.

I experienced a similar hacking incident recently. Had about $550 in my account which I hadn't accessed in a long time. I tried to log-in last week for the first time in over a year and wasn't able to. Strange I thought, so I had to use the 'forgot password' function and reset my password.

Upon logging-in, I noticed that my account was drained down to like a dollar something!. Ofc I freaked out and immediately contacted chat support who in turn told me to call their 'accounts team'. They told me that someone had changed my password in late July, logged-in, and subsequently lost all the money playing slots and blackjack. I told them that was 100% not me. They told me that they would do an investigation and get back to me within the next 24-48 hours. Less than a day later I got an email telling me to call their 'financial services' team.

I call them and was put on hold for 1.5 hours. Finally when I got through, I was relieved to find out that their investigation concluded that there was indeed unauthorized access to my account and they would refund all my money "as a one time courtesy". But they told me that if it happened again, then they would not refund the money.

This is actually the very first time in my life that I've ever experienced any type of account being hacked. I've been reading more and more of similar incidents on Ignition which leads me to believe that there must be something wrong with their security or there's some internal shadiness going on with their employees.

I play 3 table SNGs at Ignition. More than occasionally, I will get a message that 'this tournament has been canceled'. When in fact the tournament is running and I'm still registered. The only way I can figure out to 'fix' this is exit and re-login. The problem is that is sometime takes several tries before I can see the table to sit down again.

Has anyone else experienced this? It there a better solution?

I'm curious as well so I'll ask around a bit.

I had same thing where some guy contacted me claiming to be able to get 10-15% RB, he told me it was super easy to create a new acc (you could just use your middle name in place of your first name). Are they just fishing for dumb people who will hand over their passwords?

anyone played against players who only play the Big blind then sit out until the BB comes around to them again, play the one hand and repeat? today was the second time I saw this on 1/2 6max PLO tables guy literally only played the BB for 15 orbits, it happened once before a few weeks ago but was only for a couple orbits before the table broke.

I though it must be a malfunctioning bot, but it was playing terrible (tho i guess its possible it was being tested or something).

If i see it again ill email support about it -- something i hate doing given they are completely useless and generally just blatantly lie to you/blame you for whatever problem you report

dude the bb is the position where everyone loses the most money, he's not cheating

like idk what's more ridiculous- playing only your bb every rotation or having a problem with someone else doing that

Table resizing seems as bad as ever.

Some tables won't go as small as others for whatever reason

yes cos the players profitability is my main concern, not the likelihood that there is not an actual human playing the hands given the extremely unusual behaviour

I’m a OZ player and did a BTC transaction with them last week & the funds were in my wallet in less then 1hr.

I was surprised how quick it was.

Does anyone know if Ignition and Bovada are exactly the same in regards to tournies. I was playing last weekend and a statty was announced in chat for a $250 tourney. I could not find the the satty or the 250$ tourney. All my filter where off (or on depending on how you look at it) So i was seeing the full lobby.

A malfunctioning bot can be turned into a functioning bot. Account should definitely be investigated.
