^^^ - It skipped past his 7 7 split. If you see the middle hand their is an arrow pointing for him to act where he's hit once for 13 and has to stand/hit (stand being the correct strategy here vs dealer 6).

Exactly. While it is good to stand against a 6, normally I like at least two cards per hand before making that decision. Staying pat on a 7 is a little conservative.

Right, but did they not see the issue because the screenshot doesn't make it clear what happened? Even if one sees/knows about the arrow, one might assume that when the action comes to the first 7, you'll get a second card and then options from there. Not the way the game usually works, but I can see how it could be misunderstood.

At first glance, I can definitely see how it might look like you're complaining about something that hasn't happened yet.

Ahh I didn’t notice the arrow. So when you clicked split and then the arrow is typically on the first 7 yes? Then you clicked hit again (to take a card on the first 7) and it instantly gave you a 2 on the 7/4 hand?

Yeah, that's fair. In just a quick look it might not look too outrageous. I definitely explained in the email that it seemed to be a glitch where the action on the split hands were skipped over (as noted by the arrow and the middle hand getting a third card versus the other two hands only having one card), I didn't just send the screen shot.

Not the biggest deal, a lesson learned to stay away from those dumb games. Just had to post for the lame customer service response I received.

I know that if a casino game gets frozen, Ignition usually says to close the window before the hand is completed, and then open the casino game back up. It will still be there if the hand did not complete and perhaps will rectify the situation.

Hello all, I have a couple of quick questions:

1) Ignition poker disconnects literally every 30 seconds for me, if I open an account at Bovada will the disconnect situation get any better?

2) Can I get a game of PLO (.50/1 or 1/2 stakes) on Bovada or are they segregating the winning players from the losing players so winners only play winners and fish only play fish?

Hello all,

I've been playing poker on ignition since the switch from bovada and just finally attempted my first withdrawal. I've depostied around $1000. I initiated the withdrawal for $700 at 11:55pm on Friday 1-05-18. I sent in my verification documents at 4:30pm the next day. At 11pm on Sunday 1-07 I won a $33 196 man for $1293. I didn't adjust my withdrawal or anything else. When I woke up the next morning my account was disabled, that was Monday morning ofc.

I have called them and got a woman that had no idea why my account was disabled.
I have emailed them several times with no explanation other than we're receiving a high volume of documentation and that's the cause of the delay.
( I never said that they were taking too long, I just wanted to know why my account was disabled)
The disabling of my account has not been acknowledged even after direct questions from me. They just keep referring to my verification which I am not concerned with.
They haven't said anything about suspicious activity or anything else justifying the disabling. They are treating me ridiculously badly for a customer that regularly deposits and loses.

I have been told to be patient and that an update will be emailed to me immediately when it is available.

At this point I feel pretty used.
Anybody have something similar happen and have a good resolution?

Got logged out and blinded out in the super turbo mtt for the last update. Asked for a refund, CS says the problem is on my end and offer me some mtt ticket. I hardly play mtt. Is it possible to get cash? I do not want to waste time play a mtt to use the ticket. Typical ignition.

I just got back on ignition since they started letting NY players again. I was excited because i had played there a year ago and there was a ton of omaha hi lo fixed limit action . Now with the new lobby format there is absolutely zero omaha hi lo cash tables , are there any plans to revert back to the normal cash game lobby format ?

I sent a email asking a simple question a few weeks ago and it took a little longer than it usually does to get a response. If the person you spoke to over phone had no idea why your account was disabled why wouldn't you ask to speak to a supervisor/higher up?

If you get anything from them - emphasis on if - for problems encountered in a tournament, it usually is in the form of a ticket for the same buy in as what you were playing. But I believe you can use it for SNGs or other tourney formats, just not cash games unfortunately.

Made the switch over to Ign back in late 2016 when Bov split poker off.

Had problems with Ign software from basically the get-go. Sometimes worse than others. Sometimes incredibly damaging (FTs) and on Sundays w multiple tables open. (I play MTTs). Haven't been on Ign in any meaningful volume for many months.

Last few days I've been testing it out .. multi-tabling low stakes cash and am finding similar disconnect problems. Frequency varies .. sometimes I can go ~30 min w no issues, sometimes I'll have multiple DC issues within a 10 min period.

I am aware that Bovada (last year) reopened their poker side (whatever that was all about). I have not logged in to Bovada since the Ign switch in 2016. In fact, I uninstalled Bov software (IIRC I had to in order to get Ign going..? Not 100% on this).

Anyway, in reviewing the last 10 or so pages of this thread, I noticed someone mentioned Bovada software might be better in this capacity:

1) Is this a general consensus (that Bov > Ign in terms of software/DC issues)?
2) If I reinstall the Bovada client and resume play from there, is that perfectly "okay" from the perspective of Bov/Ign?
3) Would I see the exact account balance/points etc from the Bov client?
4) Would I need to uninstall Ign software if the above actions were taken?
5) Would there anything I may not be considering in terms of a solution to the consistent DC problems?

Any feedback appreciated. Thank you.

There were none available and I called just now and was told that there are none at their offices at all for another six hours.

Although I was told the reason of my account disablement.
My brother had one of my cards on file on his account. I'm sure it was never used because they don't let you deposit with someone else's card but I suppose that sent up a red flag that we might be the same person or something.
I'm not really sure why they would disable my account for that.
They were't forthcoming.

After giving me this reason I asked why it hasn't been re-enabled and I am still being told that my documents need to be verified which can't be possible because its been 138 hours since I sent my documents.

I see you called, and that's good, because it should really be the best way to handle issues with them.

But guys, for the love of all things holy, if I read another poster talking about how long they take to respond to email, I'm gonna puke.

1) For years, they have taken about a week or more to respond to email inquiries.

2) There is now an online chat service. Go to their website. Click the Messenger symbol in the top right. The reps are very helpful if you just remain thorough about your issue.

Does anyone know what the current rules are for using Bovada in Nevada?

Are Nevada residents not allowed to play Bovada, or is no one allowed to play while in Nevada?

I am a California resident going to Las Vegas and was wondering if I am allowed to play while there.

Thanks for any info..

Speaking of zone, someone a couple of weeks back noted that a poster had explained why the traffic in Zone seems to be centered around only certain stakes, and that it wasn't always the stakes it is now? Cliffs, or references to specific posts?

I've been playing here for a few months and just wanted to say how happy I am playing here. I made 3 withdraws already and they all were here in less than 2 days . One was even on the same day! Easy Money :-)

Software is simple yet pretty slick . Love it!
