Jackpot sng's keep stopping at 97% loaded.
Support said to unplug/replug modem, but this happened last night and today. Is there a fix to this or should I just stop playing them?

Don't play them. This has been an issue since the release of Jackpots. They don't care because it's free money for them

Stop playing them for this and a whole host of other reasons, like the rake, the sense that nothing more than 5x runs except once every leap year, etc.

You probably gotta play just one as your only game if you decide to play them otherwise you risk having to close the software and reload missing hands elsewhere.

One thing that sometimes helps with the 97% freeze is to NOT move the table at all until it says 100%. Where it pops up on your screen leave it for a bit but if you don't get it loaded 15 seconds then it's likely gone.

They need a sit in all tables option or sit in all jackpots. It really shouldn't be that difficult to program and would save them money from handing out refunds.

I play some low and mid stakes tourneys on ignition and play 50Nl up to 400NL

However, for a hobby and trust me it's a losing hobby, I play the slot games for fun and am near diamond level status. My exclusive birthday bonus was not issued. I contact support and the first two agents told me birthday bonuses were no longer issued(despite it saying it in my bonus page) finally the third agent reviewed my account and said I do qualify and my bonus will be issued by the end of today and if it is not please contact support again. I don't know what it will be but definitely annoying especially that I dump literally thousands into slots. Kind of disappointing it wasn't issued the day of. I'll post the amount if I ever get it

I had a Bovada account for many years, but when they dropped poker over a year ago I sort of forgot about them. Ignition customer service was horrible compared to Bovada.

Now I made a recent deposit to Bovada and am playing again. I notice a few differences now compared to 1+ years ago as far as mobile poker goes, and I had a few questions if anyone can answer.

1. Back then you would see a list of cash game tables and could join any table you wanted. Now all I see is 'quick seat'. Is there a list of each table like before you can choose or is that no more and it is only 'quick seat'?

2. Back then when playing zone poker, you could see how many players were at each table. It would say '0' or '9' or '50+'. Is there a way to see how many players are at each zone table, or has that been done away with?

3. Back then, if I didn't have a Wifi connection, I used to be able to play on LTE. Now it appears that Bovada won't even load for me unless I'm on wifi. Is this something new, as well, or am I doing something wrong?

4. Last question, I live in California and back then I wasn't allowed to playon Bovada when I was visiting Las Vegas. Does anyone know if Nevada can play Bovada now or if it is still not allowed to play Bovada while in Nevada?

1/2) Just quick seat for regular tables. So yes, if you're playing regular tables at stakes where games don't run 24/7 you literally have to hop into a table, see that you're alone, hop off, try another stake, etc repeat until you find a stake with people playing. They still do tell you how many players are active in each zone pool

3) I play zone all the time and sometimes regular tables from my phone over 4G no problem

So I'm a US player on Ignition. I'm about to head on a long ski trip in Canada. I'll have a lot of downtime at the hotel with how bad the weather is supposed to be and am hoping to fire up some poker while there. From searching this thread it seems that Ignition is for US players and Bovada/Bodog for Canadian players. Does anyone know if it will be kosher for me to play poker on my Ignition account while on vacation in Canada? I really don't want to risk getting my account frozen. I just emailed support to ask but do not have my hopes up with them being helpful, but I'll post the response I get in this thread.

Getting message 403 forbidden when I try and take a seat on zone poker through ignition. Anyone else having this issue?

This update isn't going through for me.....the green update bar just loads until the end and stops. Tried downloading and reinstalling and it doesn't seem to be fixing it in case anyone else is having this problem

Yay, it's my 1st post!

I have a $10, $25, & $50 hyper turbo registration stuck registered while Ignition is locked up and not responding. You'd think that they would test their updates before releasing them into the wild. Hopefully they make good on them, will update.

And the ignition update strikes again - what a bunch of yahoos.

Playing in tourney, get disconnected, try to get back in and update starts ..... green bar goes to end and just sits there.

took 10 minutes to update but it finally did !

Just got back in .... I let the update sit there with a green bar all the way to the end and it finally opened the client.

Working now............

I can log into the client now, ~15min ago. Joined a SNG but the table will not load. Just a black screen with the logo, no loading %. The blank game screen will not let me close it.

When you say 'they still do tell you how many players are active in each zone pool' I assume you mean on the website, and not on mobile, like they used to? If they do still show you on mobile, I couldn't find it.

And now I'm able to play zone/cash on the iOS on LTE. The first day, it gave me the 'Bovada is not available in your area' screen of death', but yesterday I was able to access the site and play on LTE..maybe they just had a glitch for a few hours?

Correct I only see the # of players in zoom pools on the desktop client, not the mobile site.

Could be your mobile browser causing issues - I use chrome on an android device and have never had an issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I see 3 dealt hands. 9/2, 7/4, and 7/7 which were split creating 4 hands and they are not completed yet right?
