I have a problem. I have a 4K laptop and when I log on Ignition, The display is too large. I even tried changing the resolution on my PC, but to no avail. Has anyone had this issue? If you did, how did you resolve it?

Edit: Logged on and it updated. Seems like the 4k issue is resolved!

How are the cash games on Ignition? Are they easier than ACR? Also can I use HM2 there?

It looks like there are some tables that are running and some that are frozen. The problem is that the auto seating keeps trying to put people on frozen tables. I managed to get on 3 running tables so far, but it keeps trying to seat me at the same frozen table over and over. Took about 25 minutes to get on 3 running tables. All they need to do is force all the frozen tables closed, lol.

6max cash games are great. Yes you can use HM2 but you'll need a hand converter and if you want to use a hud you'll need a card catcher as well. Go to the Commercial Software forum of 2plus2 to check out various alternatives. Most will have a free trial period so you can determine which application best fits your needs.

Hand converter?

If you go to site setup on HM2, you won't find Ignition or Bovada being supported. You need to convert Ignition's hand format to the format of Pokerstars or Ipoker for HM2 to work*. Unless you know how to program this yourself, you'll need an Ignition hand converter (and/or card catcher) which are cheap and easy to use.

*If all you want is your HM2 hud to work, then a card catcher is all you need. The converter allows you to review all your opponents hole cards in the hem replayer 24 hours after the hands were played. You can't do this with just the card catcher

I can only seem to get 1 table at 100nl that's running. rest seem to be froze.

what the hell have these idiots done now, zone player pool is dead apart from 10z? literally every single day new bugs and stuff ups , mind blowing.

It's happened a few times before where 10 and 50 are more popular for a week or two before the status quo comes back.

why would you assume new tables wouldn't freeze or the current working tables wouldn't freeze?

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ZONE PLAYERS:

This happened many months ago only at 25 6max zone. It would not start no matter how many players joined the pool. For like a week everyone only player 9handed 25nl zone because that actually worked. After many days of emailing them in a row they had reset all the zone pools at about noon pst one day right after my sixth or so call and it went back to normal and only 6max then ran again.

RIGHT NOW:

Earlier today 11 and 13 player respectively were waiting in the 50nl 6max zone and 25nl 6 max zone and no cards would be dealt. This is also happening for 200 zone. Tonight a few regs and myself launched 50nl zone full ring and that is working. This is why all the pools look strange right now because 25,50, and 200 zone 6max will not deal hands even if many players are sitting in the pool. We need to keep contacting them.

erm so nvm on fixing anything by the uninstall/reinstall into new folder. went a few hours last night with 0 issues at all and i'm 2 tabling zone just now and client the froze/crashed twice in the last 15 mins.

been playing on bovada/ignition for many, many years and this is the first time i can remember the client freezing and crashing so bad like this. and somehow this was the first time i was in a meaningful pot when it happened (overpair in multiway 3b pot lul)

something is def wrong with the software. does anyone have any idea if they even know this?

I have a theory that browsers (specifically for me Firefox) and maybe more specifically the Adobe flash plugin might be causing these crashes. I'm going to do some testing but I know I had a ton of tabs open, a lot with videos, and it crashed 3x in half hour. I've experienced that plugin/app crash my firefox plenty of times before and lag out my browser so I have a suspicion something like this might be causing it. Though I could be completely wrong lol.

I'm not having any of the crashing/freezing issue reported above. Have played at least 10 hours in the last two days...mostly plo25 and there abouts.

What is not working is the hand replay!
