It's a great room, payouts are fast and players are poor. Software is meh.

It does not work, you have to deposit at the bank, not atm, and answer where it came from, should they ask. LOL.

When someone gets disconnected they're considered all-in and get to see a showdown, I'm guessing that's what you're talking about?
12-02-2015 , 04:02 PM
So you're saying I could just pull out my Ethernet cable if I wanted to see a cheap showdown...?
12-02-2015 , 04:11 PM
Yeah, there's been talk in the thread about people abusing it - big pot, disconnect, see showdown, miraculously back in time for the next hand. I've seen it a couple times.

That's the way it used to work on pretty much all sites, but over the years most have had to remove disconnect protection because of those who abused it.

Are lag and software problems a serious issue on BetOnline/Sportsbetting? I've been playing there for a few days and I've been timing out left and right due to these problems.
I've never had any lag even on my 6 year old PC. People have reported it though and it seems to be independent of specs, probably a conflict somewhere. Anti-virus exclusions and display drivers could help but don't waste your time with support, they don't administer the software and there are never any updates anyway.

That's true. Additionally those who abuse it aren't exactly invisible. If there is a pattern of disconnections during crucial points in the various hands there is a decent chance that the player will get banned for cheating.

Lol. Check my post a few pages back. Maybe if enough people bitch about it, they will fix it. Probably not...but maybe.

Yes, you can.........Just click the live help button on the top left, and report the player. A player in the past did this a bunch. I reported the player each time. I haven't seen that specific player in a long time. Could be the account went bust, but I hope they banned the player.

I got all excited there was an update when I opened the client today. The only difference I noticed was a comma in the balance. yikes.

Who says that anything is broken? All-in protection fell out of favor because of the misuse. But these days with all the DDOS attacks that cause a site to crash (and the one-on-one DDOS attacks that cheaters are using these days), all-in protection is probably a necessary evil. I know that it has saved me money on a number of occasions. It's important, though, that the networks that offer it investigate complaints of its misuse and treat the offenders as cheaters.

They also have the re-raise bug that will never be fixed. You can re-raise any bet. If you bet 50 then someone shoves for 51 and someone calls behind. The initial better can 4 bet. People will take advantage of this.

Wow I had no idea disconnect protection was even a thing. I'll keep an eye out for any abusers.

While we're on the topic of crappy software features/bugs: Auto folding your hand when you time out is about the dumbest thing ever.

You make good points. Every time I comment on it I am in such a blind rage bc some eastern euro jibroni DCed me to realize their equity. Your last sentence is obviously the crux of the issue.

Does holdem indicator keep player stats after the each session like PT4 and HM? or is it kinda like bovada, having to start each session new/anon?

Roughly $7,000. I don't have exact numbers but it clears slower the further you get into the bonus.

It keeps stats from old sessions. You can turn this on/off in the settings.

I understand playing poker, I need to rake my deposit amount before I can withdrawal, correct? Am I able to wager my deposit amount in the sportsbook and be able to withdrawal as well? Also, I believe support told me if I deposit/withdrawal with ONLY bitcoin, I do not need to send in verification documents. Is that correct?
