You can take part in any SNG, regardless of the buy-in amount.
Any step, satellite, double-up, instant all in or heads up SNG doesn't earn points.

We haven't experienced any issues with the poker software today.
If you're experiencing difficulty with your internet, I suggest closing down applications that you're not using while you're playing to avoid disruptions.

Hahaha I've seen like 4 responses but never noticed my error where I meant November.

Same here. I enjoy the EXPRESS format but not at 10% rake, so only consider playing when the LB is going.

Has anyone done an Express check recently, says up to 7 business days. I want to see if thats running true or if its quicker....I Know for me I usually always do the bank wires option and get it either on the 5th or 6th day when it states up to 10 days, and the electronic check option says up to 5 but I got it today on the 2nd business day. Let me know plz thanks!

Yeah man I like betonline, but its a disgrace with their crappy connection....I have a very strong internet connection and was playing in a heads up tournament 100 plus fee and was way ahead in chip lead than because I kept on getting disconnected he got back in it and actually exceeded me in chips just because of the damn connection. Cost me 100 because I ended up losing that match.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced connection issues. I know this is frustrating no matter when it happens. I'm not aware of any server issues on our end this weekend.
If you still have the tournament number, get in touch with poker@betonline.ag to see if a refund is possible for that tournament.

I have a pay out that I paid for to be shipped "express" in 7 business days or less. I always do this, and have never had a problem in the past.

This cash out, however, is late. I got into a live chat session with "Jared Knight" to see what is going on with my check.

He asked for my account number and password (which is weird, why would they need my passoword?)

I gave him my account number. He then asked me for the answer to my security question. I told him as soon as he asked me it, I would answer it. He then terminated the chat session.

I loaded another chat session and got him again. He immediately ended the chat session once more.

I load a third and fourth chat session, and it seems like he blocked me from live chat help.

Obviously this is disgusting and unacceptable customer service. I pay a ton of rake, and $50 to get my check sent in a timely manner. When it doesn't come, I at least expect your support staff to let me know where my money is, instead of dodging questions about it. Just looks extremely shady.

I can't see for myself but what's the traffic like for .25/.50 stakes after 5pm? Is there normally a couple games going or just 1 or even 1 at all? Thanks.

Please accept my apologies for the service you've received, it's definitely not the norm!

It's standard for the chat reps to ask for your account ID and password. We state this in our T's and C's too. It's a common practice for sportsbooks -which we are.

If you're unable to reach live help for payouts, I recommend getting in touch with the poker team via live help and ask to be transferred to a rep in the correct department. You can also get in touch for a payout via cs@betonline.ag

If you'd like to PM your Account ID, I can follow up on this for you.

This isn't standard anywhere. Giving an answer to a security question is standard, but never in my life playing across many poker rooms and sports books has anyone ever asked me for my password.

Everyone at my tables saying the same thing is happening to them.... BOL support will tell me theyve have no connection issues though.

Yup just got 3 outed in a big pot for a lot of my chips in a tournament then I get table moved right to the blinds that I just went through and lose my big blind because the site disconnects. Then I get table moved again and the blinds are about to hit me again and lose the rest of my small stack. So what's the deal with the disconnects on this site? Is it the same claim that WPN makes that they are getting DDOS attacks or does their server just suck?

Curious what BOL's stance is on the massive disconnection issues they have. Are they...

A) Know they exist, and are working to fix them

B) Know they exist, but don't care

C) Still denying that they exist

So my check came today. I deposit it through the drive through like always. They ask me to come in because the check is foreign (they've cashed numerous foreign checks from BOL before with never a problem)

I end up getting grilled for an hour, weird looks by all the employees while they all examine my check. End result is they said it has to go to collections for 6 weeks and there will be a $200 fee.

Does BOL reimburse this fee?

Pay $50 for the check to get here and get popped for $200 and a 6 week wait when it arrives? Is that going to be the standard going forward?

All previous checks were from a Canadian Bank I believe, this one was from Singapore.
