Ok so they shipped me 8k yesterday. I instantly asked for another 8k. Hopefully they are done screwing with me but honestly I'd be shocked if they did anything other than slowpay the crap out of me like usual.

UPDATE: I have been contacted by the director of operations and spoke with her on Monday. They promised to expedite all of my wires due to my situation occuring and apologized multiple times.

My first wire of $15,000 I requested on Friday hit my account on Monday so they did expedite it for sure. I requested another $15,000 on Monday and it was processed today so I am assuming I will get it tomorrow. Will continue to update when I recieve wires.

I wish there was a way to teach them a lesson. Like sue them for 100k for offensive customer service, speculation and w/e else.

UPDATE: I recieved my second $15,000 wire on November 30th. I wll be requesting my third wire tomorrow because the limit is two per week.

I think SBR had more to do with resolving this than 2+2...but the escalating negative attention BOL was getting from all the forums certainly helped OP. Maybe they (and other sites) will think twice before trying to eff us over in the future.

They are currently jerking me around in very similar fashion as OP. They claim I have chip dumped, which I obviously haven't. I challenge them to provide any proof, and they won't. I've talked to Steve the supervisor twice, he tells me he has submitted the request to the poker department and to give them 24 hours. I've already given them nearly 3 weeks. 48 hours later nothing is done yet and when I call them I simply get the run around.

I've submitted a complaint to SBR.

I'd welcome any advice... I will keep calling them. If I don't get it squared away soon I will be tweeting to all the DeucesCracked members and blogging on it and hopefully writing an article for subjectpoker.com and emailing everyone who signed up at stolenbankrolls.com

Tommy is the guy you want to talk to. He is one of the higher level managers. Be persistent. Call every day. Call multiple times a day. Document everyone you have talked to. Refuse to talk to the low level customer service people and make them let you talk to Tommy. When they say Tommy is not there ask to talk to Steve, Omar, JD or Sophia.

If you are persistent you will eventually get them to act. Its total BS that you have to go at them like this to get anything done but in my experience thats what it takes.

Is it time we start informing the poker players on BOL and APN about what is going on? Obviously hard ball is the only game you seem to understand.

Since you've already demonstrated in this thread and on SBR that you were indeed freerolling OP...if you don't SNAP-PAY the remaining players being accused of chip dumping, my promise to you is this...

1) I'll go on the BOL poker skin and I will "relentlessly" spread the word through chat to EVERY BOL player there about this.

2) I'll go on the APN sites (using my many usernames) and I'll reveal to EVERY APN player that they're playing against US players from BOL and that their funds are therefore unsafe.

3) I'll find a way to inform the stockholders of Playsafe about what is going on.

Just to be clear, you have one week (until Dec 10, 2011) to unfreeze and process the withdrawals of the remaining players being accused of chip dumping before I proceed.
