Honestly? Live Chat has always been totally unhelpful when it came to this topic. In the past, they've told me there were no such thing as reload bonuses, only to have to later apologize and admit there just weren't any *active*. Further, I then went and looked and saw they were double wrong and there was in fact a reload bonus in effect.

Basically, I have no reason to believe that whatever information they give is accurate. The complete contrary.

Just wanted to add to this, about a month ago, I was running good on the live blackjack dealer. When I went to login, it logged me into another person's account that had a far larger balance than me. I had around 300, this person's balance was 1.1k. I could've easily ordered a withdrawal to my btc wallet, but that is unethical. Plus I probably would get in trouble for it so that deterred me as well.

That's exactly why they ask - they have it, and are confirming you know it.

I hope they upgrade software to have the features:

1. I play HU tourney.
When the other player enter the table,the software should pop up the table window and force the waiting player to return to game. With current software, you don't know the game has started unless you watch the game page closely. But sometimes you have to wait another player for 10 or 20 minutes, so no way you can always watch the page.
And at the cash HU table, if you enter a table with another player waiting there, you will always find the player go into sitout, because he doesn't know you come to the table. Cash HU player usually wait longer time for a player to come, sometimes have to wait more than one hour.So it is understandable they don't watch the tables.

2. One can choose preferred seat.

3. At WPN when a HU tourney is finished,a rematch window pop up, asking if you want to play another game with the same player. I hope BOL add this feature.

does poker tracking software work for this website? i dont want to use a hud. but is there a way to track my own results?

So, as ridiculous as this may sound, I've been playing 0.5/.10c headsup limit poker with this 1 player over the course of the past few days, and I'm coming to suspect he is a bot.

It's kind of incredible. There is only 1 .5/.10 HU table in all of betonline. The guy is literally always there around the clock, he/she/it never talks, I've never been able to play anyone else, and the timing and patterns of the player are pretty consistent. Username is paynomind. I'm actually interested in attempting to reverse engineer the bot to see if I can win against it.

Having said all of this, I'd never deposit any serious amount of money on this site.
