Did you use Betfair sportsbook or Betfair exchange to place the bet?
If the former then you've basically won 200 euros direct of their own money and they don't want you any more. What is your location? You mention UIGEA but Betfair don't serve US customers.
Oh sorry, im from germany. And I think it was the sportsbook? I just used their main navigation (on their german website). Imo if im not allowed to place the bet their website should stop me. I didnt use a vpn or similar tactics to hide my ip.
How can i contact betfair support?
They said they don't have email for support anymore.
When i go to contact us > message us i just get blank image both on chrome and edge

So Recently I tried to go back to my betfair account namely because my roll on another site had been swelling and I am looking at spreading across more sites to get more games in.
Only to find that apparently I have asked to be permanently excluded.
I have never in my entire poker playing existence ever asked for exclusion from online poker.
The closest I can possibly think of was one particular poker site where they had Roullette tables on the side of all poker tables. obviously as a grinder playing multiple tables misclicks can happen and if I am making 50 euro cent a table but accidently click to stake 100 euro on Roullette this is not a good issue. I asked the site if their was a way to not have the roullette tables on the side or to disable them somehow they said their was not.
I was informed the only thing I could do was ask to be excluded from all casino games which at the time I made sure to get explicit clarrification this would not include poker.
I dont have any special attachement to Betfair their are plently of other skins on the Ipoker network which is literally the same player pool and games very similiar bonuses/rakeback etc.
My concern is that they are part of the flutter brand and I am doing well on another site under this brand name. I really really really do not want to lose my account on that site.
Further pokerstars not the site I am doing well on, recently updated their TOCs
which states we must inform them if we are excluded from any other of their sites.
Which means if I do not and I bink a big win no chance of payout as I understand it or if I grind up a nice roll and then go to cash out same issue so effectively I cannot play on stars anymore.
Unless I do inform stars in which case I risk having my account on stars perm banned and on the other site which I really really do not want to lose.
Also with new gambling laws been discussed that could ask all sites to share lists of vulnerable customers I potentially risk been perm banned from every single poker site.
All because I did not want to be forced into accidently betting on Roullette.
I have contacted betfair about this and got ignored basically brushed off with once someone asks to be excluded this cannot be reversed. and then my reply to that ignored.

Betfair has been completely uncooperative since June 2019 with long delays in response and getting passed around between different people in their compliance and escalations team. Asking for different and new requests almost each time as no one there really wants to deal with this. I have talked to Fransesca, Kyle G, Nigel, Gino in their support team and none of these have attempted to close this case at all. Karl Z has been the only one who has been helpful at all.
I have complied since the very beginning and have shown financial poker records going back to 2006 for large sums, including over 10 years on their own site.
Clearly this is going nowhere so does anyone have advice what the next step for legal action is? Any steps I can take between this point and getting lawyer involved?

Have you followed any of the steps detailed in their formal Dispute Resolution procedures? If not, you should probably start there before spending money on lawyers.

Type in "Justiceforpunters" on Google, they have a guide for taking it to a small claims court. Taking it to a small claims court (without a lawyer) is a very legitimate option in the UK. I've done it before with difficulties with KYC and got my money succesfully. 99% of the time they will pay you out without going to court as legally they can't keep your money for no reason and won't have a leg to stand on.

I really thought I was getting to the end of this journey multiple times only to be at square 1 again when dealing with a new support person so I will follow this route.
Anyone else have an issue with hand histories not being stored properly? No tracker is able to pick up hands properly because some hands just get missed. I have time zone set to right one.
