Hi guys,
first of all for my silence the past two weeks, I was on leave and tried to keep up with the PMs at least, if I miss anything, please remind me or send me a PM.

It's unfortunately too busy to keep track of the thread on a daily base but I will try my best to have a look a couple of times per week in case there's anything important.

We are aware of the server/software issues we had, from my understanding it should be better now. If you have major issues please let me know so I can report it to Relax.

I appreciate that you have rakeback for high volume high stakes grinders, but would be interested to hear your thoughts anyway.
We are currently not planning any changes but we are always happy for feedback. So if you have any concrete suggestion, feel free to let us know either here or through CS.

Hey,
we unfortunately don't make any exchanges anymore.

Since our focus is on beginners/recreational players, we don't want to have auto-rebuy at this stage. We don't want anyone to feel the need to rebuy and maybe lose more money than they intent to. Hope you understand that.

Send me a PM with your details and I have a look or contact CS, we are always willing to help where we can, especially if it was our fault.

It was like 60€ in UK Tour, 200€ in supernova and €100 in other tickets (although I am not sure on those numbers).

It sucks because I was a real ticket grinder, always had like 200€ worth of tickets at least but when I realized that I had to focus on university or I wouldn't pass my last courses there was no way I could play them...
Same as above, send me a PM or contact CS and we see what we can do.

Hi Patrick.

I have noticed a lot of different tournaments close before the late registration period is supposed to be over, is this something you could just look into as well?

We are aware of the issue and Relax is investigating it, for now we advise to not register too close to the end of late registration.

For other cases it has to do that we close it since we are close to ITM with late reg still open, in that cases it's on purpose.

Thanks

just want to say that the new Unibet Slot promo is awesome, great rewards and looks very professional

I'd also like to suggest that you add some variety in minor challenges, like instead of having only "have 2 " you can add , and also;
you can do the same with "Have Ace of " and add other colors too, just for the sake of variety.

So what is the latest policy on ticket exchanges? If I understand correctly, the Slot promotion offers only 10 and 25 Euro tickets (outside of UO package, that is)? I play exclusively 400NL (and some 200NL), so is there anyway for me to exchange the tickets I will be collecting or not (as I will not be playing 10NL and 25NL to clear them)?

Thx in advance guys

will our leftover UOS tickets be converted automatically? Can you make the expiry dates a bit longer please...

I have noticed this curiosity: if I open a table (for example at NL4), my account will be deducted for €3.99 instead of exactly €4, although at the table it is shown €4; so when I close a table it seems like I get 1c less from it and then it overall seems a bit confusing. So what is the thing with that 1 cent ?

The tickets have been converted already and can be used for other MTTs, UOS 78 can be used in supernova.
Unfortunately the expiry dates can't be extended, we want them to be used asap. However if you feel like there is no chance for you in a specific case, send me a PM

I just tested it and got deducted 4 EUR, not 3.99 EUR and can't see anything off. Is your normal Unibet account in €?

It doesn't happen every time, does it?
I think it's just an exchange rate rounding thing. Since my account is in UK Pounds, I sometimes find the euro figure in the client is 1 cent out of whack after playing a game. (And if I look on the website where my transactions/winnings are in pounds, I'll sometimes have two SNG cashes that are 1 penny different, even if I played them at the same time, presumably because the currency conversions go to several decimal places, but only two figures are shown as the balance).

I also tested it today and it was normal, exactly €4, however, I am certain that there is something about it because it was happening to me before, 1c was either added or missing and it looked odd.
(it's obviously not about the money, but just that it's weird)

my Unibet account is in $

possibly it might be about exchange rate, however, this is the first time in 4 years that I see it like this, rates are usually calculated sometime in the day and the account difference then is much bigger than 1c ; it never looked like it joins the table with €3.99 (which makes no sense anyway because €4 = $4.65)

As Arty said, it probably has something to do with the decimal places of the exchange, like your account balance or the exchange rate for that day for those buy-ins might be short a half a cent and as a consequence it gets rounded down but in reality if you were to see all the decimal places it would look like the money it's deducted correctly. It's just an assumption tho, but I do think this has been reported before and this was the issue.

10NL cashgames is full off nits, i have said it before and some people might laugh at this becouse they recently had some crazy rungood or whatever but as i see it, games were was like this 4 months ago when i left unibet, i played yesterday nothing has changed. most of the pool are nits, to put it simple when their range should of hit and they don't bet you stab at the pot and take it down. When they do bet you can call once but have to give up your medium-strong hands when they continue to show aggression.

Unibet's goal is to protect the fun-player 10NL is full of recreationals or bad regulars that just nit up, I can't be bothered playing this boring game to beat those players but i can tell you this much no recreational is being protected in this environment neither is he having any fun. the nits are actually still there becouse some recreationals join their tables and play 1v5 so to speak with a boring game ahead just to call down vs the nuts from 1 off the 5 nits eventually get frustrated about their horrible luck and spew their money on higher stakes or casino games.

My suggestion is to ADD ANTE to the microstakes, not only will the slightly over breakeven nits win less or start losing they will have to play less tables IF they open up and it will create a way more fun game for the recreational and you will eventually get rid off nitty players that take the fun out of poker.
please continue to be ignorant towards your 4NL - 25NL cashgames, the real fish are at the higher stakes anyway meaning they can't be bothered with your microstakes games either and for the love of god add some more MTT's *cough* 180 man sng's so the 150%+ roi regs there that are basically nits with a few tricks up their sleeves and a push/fold chart + understanding of ICM can make bank.

Also all the random promotions are stupid, reward players with something that is consistant and that gives you a more appealing poker product. If i was a funplayer and 99% of them have to bother clicking for freeroll tickets and pennies i would just feel offended.

On a last note: nothing of this text is meant to be offensive, it is constructive feedback where i feel i have to let you know how i feel about your cashgames.

Lol,he was complaining about bad variance not about players field and their strategy. My point was u have to find way to beat those guys not pray for fish. And if u think NL10 at Uni is worst nit fest ever just try NL5 zoom at Stars...As one of the best players in the world said(Apotheosis92),NL holdem has become a folding game(he was pointing on NL500 zoom at stars because of solvers and no ante).

you are just complete swinging your bat in the air with this one.
i am not complaining the purpose of my post is giving feedback.
fire up 8 micro unibet and stars tables and tell me wich makes the most money over a large sample. 50NL+ on unibet is play against huge fish or don't bother.
The current state of the games on unibet are bad recreationals probally lose 9/10 one hour sessions

Recreationals will lose money anyway.Unibet is protecting them with lowest rake at Nl4 and Nl10 and by promotions.U can't stop nit peddlers to invade because they r not doing any wrong.Their strategy is not a winning one against good players but it is against fish. They r just a part of eco system .Pokerstars made changes to protect recreationals from Elite Supernova sharks and it worked for them.It was their vision for future sacrificing income from Supernova's volume rake they were producing just to create an eco system with more recreational players.Higher rake that they introduced was unpopular move but if u check their rake structure they r still the best in the business.

what I find somewhat strange about stakes at Unibet is the number of players on them, it fluctuates in an unnatural way, I guess it would be logical that number of players gets smaller how you go up the stakes, but not here, it is not rare that you can see more players on NL400 than on NL10/25, and overall higher stakes look very similar by numbers. Except NL200, it is very strange that it's always underpopulated. So, what could that mean, that people have too much money or that all the fishes are playing higher stakes while regs are stuck at NL10/25 battling each other ? Could someone from NL400 go check NL10/25 and compare the fishiness to NL400 ?

Does anyone know how many day 1s there will be for UO Dublin? I've won a package and wanted to book flights/time off work but despite emailing and contacting live chat multiple times nobody can give me any information. Live chat have even said "we have had a look on the website and can't find any information on that", lol yeh I don't need "support" to tell me something I've already looked at for myself. Nobody in the poker team has been in the office either time I've contacted either.

If it's 21-25th I'm assuming there will either be 2 day 1s and then day 2/3/4 or 3 day 1s and day 2/3? Any info would be appreciated.

Generally (aka almost every time):
- Day 1A is on Thursday
- Day 1B is on Friday
- Day 2 is on Saturday
- Day 3 Final table or last 2 tables on Sunday

Bucharest also had a day 1C turbo in the evening of day 1B where people could re-entry back into the tournament but that was more of an exception than a rule. It was a success when it comes to numbers but idk if they'll implement it for other destinations as well.

Hotel dates are usually 4 nights either Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday. If you choose the first option and you reach the final table of the main event unibet will cover your extra hotel day on sunday.

There will be other side events as well, maybe a DSO, maybe a highroller so might want to plan around those as well when they get announced.

As the deals/schedules/accommodations haven't been finalized yet as this was a last minute destination support won't be able to offer you any extra info I'm afraid. And for unibet open queries it's best to contact the unibet open team rather than support since, well, it's a different team managing the event. They're not the best at responding to e-mails in a timely fashion tho.
