Same here, it seems like the whole poker system is stuck, couple seconds before everything froze i won a tournament and after logging in unibet website it still has not updated the bankroll.

Poker client down again? I was playing and the 'This table has been closed' message appeared depite being a full table and now when I try join I'm just stuck at 'You will be seated as soon as the current hand ends...'

No problems logging in... guess it's the same for everyone?

Was playing a HUSNG about an hour or so ago when I suddenly disconnect at 20/40 even stacks playing on the app. Try to reconnect, nothing. Come off the wifi onto 4g, still can't get back on, it keeps telling me to update the app and when I try to it says I have the latest version. The disconnection issues are getting worse and we only hear from Patric sporadically.

Patric I'd be interested to hear the thought process around rake for HUSNGs. It surprises me that it is a constant 3% throughout the different stake levels. Other sites generally opt for higher at the micros and lower at the highest stakes. When you factor in the blind lobby with only one opportunity to open sit each stake level, it makes reg vs reg battling very unprofitable at the 50-200s. I appreciate that you have rakeback for high volume high stakes grinders, but would be interested to hear your thoughts anyway.

I hope the client gets another update before UOS, I'm constantly getting DC and never connects back on it's own, always gotta shut everything down and restart. Tilting as *** not to mention expensive

Hey support. I registered for tournament that changes €4 ticket into 4x1€ Unibet Tour however it seems that ticket was used but I didnt get credited new tickets.

I've noticed that there are no more "Saturday Stack" and "Sunday Entitled" tournaments. I'm not usually a tourney player, but I remember those were pretty nice, what happened to them ?

the whole MTT schedule is hella weak, hope after UOS they add good daily MTTs, btw Sunday Entitled is still there just called Supernova now

Can someone explain what is happening with cash balance?I have logged and played 1 euro Singularity tournament at 11:22am today...Now I log and cash balance is missing 6.68 euros exactly.Anyone?
Maybe US/Eur daily rates?
