I have checked this case personally and I can confirm you played 78 SNGs today, there was a problem (or a bug/lag) where the financial system skipped one of your buyins.

In your financial overview you had a transaction at 01:33:13 and next was 01:35:11, in reality however there was another transaction at 01:35:00, that's why it looks like you got double deducted however you had two buyins in the meantime.

So yes, there was a mistake in the financial overview but you haven't been double deducted and you indeed played 78 SNGs, I counted them by hand in your hand history even to make sure, we have hand histories for all the 78 SNGs you played today.

We apologize for the confusion it brought up, however I can guarantee you that the numbers are correct and you have the exact correct amount on your account (+25 GBP goodwill gesture for the confusion it caused).

I hope it's clear now and you guys don't start a conspiracy theory

CAPTCHA HAS TO GO... please. Like I mean a one time verification like the ones where you click on a bus and they disappear are easy enough to get through but the street signs are the worse where you have to go through like 4 stages and literally need a magnifying glass to try to get through them has had me so tilted that I've just given up trying to log in at least twice. Best course of action seems to be to just restart if you get anything other than cars/buses.

There has to be another way to counter anti-robot log ins?!

Maybe it's just me and my eyesight is terrible.

There seems to be a lot of bugs atm, getting a grey screen when you log in a lot & recently a few times I've loaded the client and all my settings (muted sound, cards) etc have gone back to default... pretty weird.

I'm getting a lot of disconnections on the desktop recently when I've never really had an issue with it. It's not like a lag out dc, it just instantly dc's and I have to restart the client to find myself timed out in all of my games, happening multiple times a day now.

Hi, I have a question. Just bought a new laptop with 15.6 full HD screen. I could not find good resolution for unibet. If the tables are small they are clear if i change resolution and tables are bigger and more enjoyable all the cards, numbers are blurry. maybe someone had the same issue and know how to solve it? thank you very much.

Yeah, not sure if it is the outright destination (Paris) that fell in the water, or perhaps just the venue... We should get an answer within a week or 2, but am just being impatient/excited for the reveal

The new client (Windows 10 desktop version) crashes for me if I try railing anyone in a tourney. The client closes completely the instant that the table appears.

Technical issues, this **** is getting old

First I noticed topup's weren't working.
I hope they didn't get charged tho.

Left all tables, but the money is still in play and can't open new tables either.
