any chance you will implement a replayer like Stars Boomplayer to share with social media?

also it would be awesome to get cashgames graphs somehow.

I know hands are not meant to be saved and you have the option to get the excel file but thats not the same.

I think the worst part is not the hassle of constantly having to contact support but the fact that I rarely get sent what I've actually requested. I like to see my results broken down by stake but they just send through everything grouped together even when I've requested otherwise. What do they do for cash games?

they provide you with an excel file:
Date; played hands; rake; amount you won/lost

i made a graph once but it is kinda off due you can only use the "date" as the x coordinate and not the amount of played hands. so you can't see the swings you have/had throughout the day.

TBH you seem to be a bit of a dick from your other posts and I'm a major dick so I should know. But regardless, Kindred plc, that is Unibet, are very far the wrong side of the line with a lot of practices in the UK. (You mention £££ so I guess you're in the UK)

You might like to have a look at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases/online-...heir-practices and make a complaint to Trading Standards and the Gaming commission. There is no way they can make you play through the money. Report you for possible money laundering, yes, make you play through no. Unless you agreed it. And probably not even then.

Dear X,

This is a notification that your recent withdrawal of £5,000.00 has been cancelled and the money returned to your betting account.

The withdrawal was cancelled as we cannot allow the withdrawal of any money that has been deposited and not played. You need to play your deposit before you can withdraw any money. For example, if you initially deposited £10, you need to wager £10 in total. You will then be able to withdraw your winnings.

Kind regards,

The Unibet Team

---

I then contact live chat because this seems a bit ridiculous and get this:

They have cancelled your withdrawal and have advised me that you need to play through your balance of £7, 920.74 until they will re instate your facility to be able to withdraw from your account.

---

So I need to play £8k through raking £240 (3%) to get access to a single penny of my money. How can that even be a thing? I put in decent volume on Unibet, I've raked loads but as of right now I need access to some of my money and they're not giving me that. ****ing ridiculous.

Update: I've asked for a manager to call me and they don't have a single manager in the office today. What a joke of an operation. Where, when you're depositing, does it state that you need to play through your whole balance?

^^

Thats ridiculous. They cant do that. These are requirements for bonuses.

On another note, does anyone else think u can make more on the 4 euro cash games then the 10 euro cashgames? Depends ofcourse, but still.

If that's how I come across then fair enough but a lot of frustration in my post was spending 2 hours on live chat with Unibet just to clarify what their policies actually are and how to clear them.

Firstly, there is nothing stating the requirement to playthrough what you deposit when you deposit. People can sit here and say oh that's industry standard or it's in the T&C's but I've yet to be shown by anyone where it states this on Unibet.

Secondly, what does playthrough mean? Staking £8k in buy ins? A % of that as rake? At first I thought I was going to have to play £8k of HUSNGs before I asked what the deal with cash games were and I was told that I didn't even have to play any hands as it's done by me sitting at the table not how many hands I play. I said to the guy on live chat so I can just sit at the table and play 1 hand (doing more than they ask) to which he responded that they don't like that and want me to play a couple of hands on each table. This implies that each withdrawal is manually reviewed for whether I've staked enough.

I actually withdrew £10k the day before after only staking probably £1k of the £20k I deposited. They allowed that, so the rules are made up as you go along. They are fine with me withdrawing £10k but the next £5k is money laundering? Ok.

Then I had the issue of how much have I actually staked? I can't view it anywhere, I honestly had to wait 20 mins on live chat for an update. Is someone sat there with an abacus?

My issue is more to do with the lack of transparency around their 'rules'. I understand they have a duty to protect themselves from money laundering but I've played on their site for years and have raked thousands so to start treating me like a potential criminal after allowing my £10k withdrawal seemed crazy.

Anyway, thanks for the link, will take a look.

A quick look at the T&C paragraph 4.11 seems to point to wagering requirements for deposits (if you withdraw though another method). No specifics on what wagering means. I assume the guidelines for wagering weren't really designed for poker, which is why buying in and out of a cash game table would be enough. Easy to automate as well. I think one other reason why wagering is a thing (and why the support agent mentions that it would be preferable to play more than one hand) is avoiding incurring transaction costs over and over again by people making many transactions. Probably another automated system detecting this as well.

https://www.unibet.com/general-info/terms#section-4

Personally I've never seen a site that would let me withdraw without wagering. Normally this wouldn't be a situation I'd be in since I don't keep online enough money to affect my IRL finances, and I'd want to play anyway, but even when I'd deposit the minimum to add a new payments method, my withdrawal would be blocked because of that min deposit despite the much bigger sum I had on my account. Stupid automated systems and guidelines everywhere. That being said I might be in a more high risk country for money laundering and fraud, maybe that's why it's so standard for me and such a surprise for you.

FWIW, it's this way in the UK too, it always annoyed me and I was surprised it apparently wasn't illegal.
e.g. I recall depositing 50 quid on MPN to check out the games. I quickly realised I hated the software, but I wasn't allowed to immediately withdraw my balance to the same card I used for the deposit. I would have understood if the rules said "You can't cash out more than you deposited until you've paid X amount of rake" (to prevent money-laundering via chipdumping), but they wouldn't let me withdraw my initial funds.
Imagine if that happened in B&M casinos. "Sorry sir, you can't leave the premises with the money you came in with. You have to wager all the money you brought through the door before you can take any home."
I think it's outrageous that (some) online companies have this practice as "standard".

I was withdrawing to the same method that I deposited with, which is standard practice on most sites as far as I can tell.

No, USA is blacklisted and your account would be blocked if you play from there.

Some people even do it when there are up like 1/4th of a buy-in. It is probably the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced during online poker. It is especially frustrating for the players who are looking to play bigger pots or who want to play deep stacked.
We are working on a fair solution but to be honest, we have some other queries to implement first. But it's def on our radar.

Could you please send the following to info@unibetsupport.com ?

2, Screenshot if possible

3, Mac: device and OS

4. poker_log file Mac: In the general documents folder

I can then forward this to Relax to check it.

Nothing in that regard is planned at the moment.

We are a beginners/recreational friendly site and they won't really ask for a graph or it's going to be rare, so we focus on other more important improvements for now.

I just wanted to say, after playing a tourney on partypoker, that Unibet client is light years ahead and I really don't know how you don't have at least half of theirs players number.

The only good thing there are tourney tickets which you get for welcome , so perhaps you could also try giving those to attract more new players.
In every other aspect you have a much better client and more fun to play.

Your samplesize is way, way too small
You are probably a decent player, but that 20bb is not gonna be sustainable on 10NL.

My results haven't been updated since February, but I have played a gazillion hands on both stakes.
Which reminds me UnibetPatric.
I have requested my results on the community over a month ago and kindly posted a reminder two weeks ago.
No reaction whatsoever. Any reason for the delay?

NL4: Hands: 146.540 Profit: €1.214,67 (20,72bb/100)
NL10: Hands: 847.754 Profit: €8.281,19 (9,77bb/100)

Thanks for the hint, but it seems like live support has disappeared completely from the site.

Where there used to be a tiny link to live support, now you get redirected to a standard FAQ or the community...

@UnibetPatric
1. I have a won a Belgian Championship entry on July 24th.
Haven't gotten a message or mail at all about this.
Please give me a heads up on this.
I would like to play day 1B, on Friday August 31, since I have to work on Thursday.

2. Please also check out my results request on the community thread.
I am a very loyal player and have raked 1000's of euro's, I think I deserve a little support.

Thanks in advance

Sadly, I do I really think I've been running super ****ty at 25NL.
I should be able to win at 3bb+, but for now it is what it is.
The higher rake def has a significant impact.

NL25: Hands: 208.802 Profit: -€29,05 (-0,06bb/100)

(rake paid on this stake alone: €4.876)
