We are aware that the software is not perfect, our focus for the next period is to stabilize the software and rather work on getting rid of all bigger and smaller issues that we are experiencing right now. It's not always easy to find the right balance between integrating new features and perfectionizing the already offered.

I checked with Relax and apparently there were some server issues on Friday evening, if it costed you any money at the time, please PM me and I check it.
Regarding payments from UO Malta, it usually takes 2-3 weeks since we first need the permission and confirmation from casino, usually players get informed about the waiting time when they are offered to be paid through their account.

First of all, Patrik is a CS agent, it's not his decision to approve or decline a proof of address.
Could you please PM with your username, so I can have a look? I was in player safety before and knows what they need.
In general if a separate proof of address is requested, it needs to be an official document (no insurance, no mobile bill) that is no older than 3 months. I'm German myself, so I know which docs get accepted and which don't. But as said, hit me a PM and I'm happy to have a look.

It's not being ignored, not at all. I mentioned before, that we are aware of disconnection issues and working hard to get it fixed, unfortunately it's not something that can be done overnight. In the meantime if you have disconnection issues that cost you money, please let me or CS know, the more info we get, the easier it's to identify the source of the problem and fix it.
