Yup, I've disconnected 3 or 4 times aswell.
Over a longer timespan tho, like once an hour or so.
Still very annoying and costed me some monies offcourse

Unibet German Department Problem


Hi,

i try to verify my unibet account for three weeks and the department for german players and especially one person "Patrik" doesnt allow me to continue playing in unibet. I sent them snapshot of my banking account, the photo of my id and four different proof of my adress. Patrik dont accept any of 4 proofs. This is flat nonsense. What i sent is: letter from my fitness club, court paper, letter from my health insurance company and the paper from citizen center. The paper from citizen center is more than 1 year old. I can understand this that he doesnt accept that. But my health insurance company is governmental company, even that proof he rejected. Could anyone from different department please tell him that he works accordingly? I dont think any other departments get what he does there. What he does is just annoying.

No driver's license? Utility bill for where you live? Bank statement?

I would have to go pretty far down my list before I would hit offering a "letter from a fitness club" as proof of residence/identity. Good luck nonetheless.

I guess the driver licences have adress information in your country. You should know that its not same in every countries None of utility bills belongs to me.

Just had my first proper disconnect on Unibet today. I've had it where it's lagged me out of the phone app but on the desktop today I'm 4 tabling, internet is working fine and it just says disconnected. Wtf is that about?

get used to it, happens to me 3-4 times a week. Only reconnects once you restart the client. Brought it up here couple of weeks ago and the Unibet reps completely ignored the issue even though several other players confirmed same.

We are aware that the software is not perfect, our focus for the next period is to stabilize the software and rather work on getting rid of all bigger and smaller issues that we are experiencing right now. It's not always easy to find the right balance between integrating new features and perfectionizing the already offered.

I checked with Relax and apparently there were some server issues on Friday evening, if it costed you any money at the time, please PM me and I check it.

Regarding payments from UO Malta, it usually takes 2-3 weeks since we first need the permission and confirmation from casino, usually players get informed about the waiting time when they are offered to be paid through their account.

First of all, Patrik is a CS agent, it's not his decision to approve or decline a proof of address.

Could you please PM with your username, so I can have a look? I was in player safety before and knows what they need.

In general if a separate proof of address is requested, it needs to be an official document (no insurance, no mobile bill) that is no older than 3 months. I'm German myself, so I know which docs get accepted and which don't. But as said, hit me a PM and I'm happy to have a look.

It's not being ignored, not at all. I mentioned before, that we are aware of disconnection issues and working hard to get it fixed, unfortunately it's not something that can be done overnight. In the meantime if you have disconnection issues that cost you money, please let me or CS know, the more info we get, the easier it's to identify the source of the problem and fix it. Thanks for your understanding.

You should receive an email with registration information a few weeks before the event where you can also choose your starting day, for any other questions you can always contact the Unibet Open team (check unibetopen.com).

major disconnect problems again today, yesterday was manageable with only a couple, however i've had 4 in the first half hour i've played today.

currently unplayable as it's genuinely costing money in multiple spots (having to force close and restart asap before you're sat out isn't ideal.)

it hasn't been this bad for a while now, probably over 6 months or so, but over the last week or so it's got worse and worse.

i've run stability tests on my connection and everything seems fine my end (i have command prompt pinging unibet.co.uk all the time and i'm getting a steady 12/17ms with zero spikes at the time of typing this)


not trying to put out needless hate and i'm still a massive unibet supporter, it's just unfortunately getting to the point of being unplayable.

I've pulled off more than 8K euros without problems from an initial 50 euro deposit and am resident in a country nobody cares about, so they seem legit.

That's all at poker and the people on the thread you link are playing other stuff. I don't know what the situation might be like you are a plus EV sports bettor or doing winning casino bonus plays - i.e. if you are winning money from them instead of from other players - but basically don't **** where you eat and you'll be fine.

I can vouch for the 1st part but not the part about being used to them.

Over the ~10 years never had any issues cashing out to neteller, skrill or bank account. Max 24hrs every time.
E 90% of my action to unibet is sports betting.

I'm sorry you are having connection issues.
To identify the issue for us, could you please elaborate a little bit, things like how often does it happen? What are you doing atm when it happens? How many tables are you playing? Which platform are you using?

It would also be very helpful to have the exact time when it happened, the IP at the time and if you're using the desktop version, the poker_log file + dxdiag. You can send all those to info@unibetsupport.com

I know it sounds like a lot but the only way to find the core of the problem is if we have as much information as possible.

I asked Relax and they said there were only bigger server issues on 24/05.

Wasn't able to addon in UOS e26 and it wasn't first time in your tournaments.
I think this bug has been there since you brought in these r/a tourneys.
I guess this is some kind of built in bug and impossible to fix?

If someone manages to win more than two UOS E79 tickets and uses only 2 of them (buy-in and addon) in the main event of UOS, what happens to the rest of the tickets he won? Maybe they get converted into 100 Supernova tickets?

I lost roughly 30% of my stack in 2 €25 HUSNGs today when I got the random 'disconnected from server' message, despite the rest of my internet being fine. What's Unibet's policy with regards to refunds for this? The €15 in equity isn't massively important to me but I think the principle is given how frequently this has started to happen. Fwiw, I have been streaming when I've had 4 tables go down and I've lost more equity than this and not said anything so I'm not here trying to nab free money but your software is starting to cost me and lots of others.

Edit: Can obviously prove both instances.

After the last series they got converted to Supernova tickets. Someone asked in the community and they're just waiting for a response from Leo.
