Thanks Sleazy for the link to the thread, unfortunately it looks like it's died, as has this thread. Do any unibet reps post anymore?

I can't speak for how tilting the software is. If I play on the wifi on my phone it takes 3 seconds for the decision to happen after I press the button but my internet is perfectly fine. If you click on the challenges circle in the bottom right the client crashes, if you leave the screen on the app and come back it's frozen. I've also never played on a site where you log in and you're only successful some of the time.

There may be a little pre/post-UO Malta hangover causing a slowdown in official responses to things but I very much doubt this thread is dead. When you compare it to the response times of the PS threads you're getting a much better response rate here

"Please get a new non-tilting software!" although a fair comment, is not a constructive one. You really need to be a bit more specific about what's tilting you before Unibet/Relax can try and fix it.

I didn't get anything flag up when I ran the update and there has been no mention of it on the community so I'd expect it's a false positive but don't sue me if it has been hijacked. What anti-virus are you using?

If you have any concerns I'd just download the full installer from the Unibet website and do the update that way rather than through in-client updater.

Well you could allways change the way how the cards are shown at the table. Meaning showing them like any other site. Not that tilted way.

Not sure if troll or real.. but to give an answer to the real side I think Andrew mentioned something about the community cards being tilted as a deterrent for screen scrappers ages ago. Not sure if it's still the same now.

Do I remember seeing some promo about losing players getting some of their losses back somewhere? I think I am the most under ev player in euros on the network this year. It could be useful.

No need to apologise, just wasn't sure if you were just making a tilting software/tilting cards joke or it was a genuine query as I haven't seen anyone mention it in quite some time. I think it's one of those things you'll eventually not notice, I didn't even think about it until you mentioned it and I then opened a table.

Unibet will have to submit the .exe to Panda as a false positive I guess before it'll stop flagging in the software. They may have already done it if another customer has mentioned it to live chat/support but there still hasn't been anything on the community with any other complaints so it might be worth mentioning it to support/LC just in case.

Why dont you just ask in the Unibet communiy forum. That's where all the Unibet support is.

Regarding the issue of leaving the table with more than 100BB and coming back with 50-100BB, we are aware of this and are working on a fair solution. We don't want players to be forced to play with more than they are comfortable with but at the same time we also are aware that some players abuse this. We will hopefully come up with a fair solution for everyone, however it is impossible to make everyone happy.

This depends on the country you are from, some countries offer more options than others. Would be best to contact CS regarding this, they should know better or can ask payments regarding this.

If there is a player that always does it on purpose, especially in HU SNG's, please report them to me or CS and we will have a look at it and send out a warning to this customer if we feel like he abuses it. We are all for ethical play and don't want anyone to abuse even if it's not technically forbidden.

Please contact me in private or contact CS about this, it depends where you from really. VPN's are not forbidden, as long as you don't play from a blacklisted country.

You can request your results (not hand histories) through CS, you can specify it as well (time frame, which games/limits, etc.), I assume the CS agent you talked to was either not very good with poker questions or misunderstood you. OK, no hate. I came back to Unibet to see how is going and guess what..the same old story about 'heavy' software who is just to much for a regular Asus laptop. 6 tables cash game tops, 7 is impossible. 3 months ago i was playing 8 tables no problem. I dont know what you were 'updating' but surely can say it wasnt the right thing. And its not the first time. Year ago was the same issues. The drop of playerpool for cash games I guess says it all. And please dont start with that "whats your cpu" bs, because all other sites runs no problem. Thanks, it was a pleasure..

anyone else having crazy disconnect issues tonight?

i've had 4 in less than an hour, my connection is stable for everything else, becoming unplayable.

the software is very heavy, that's for sure...
My parents have my old computer... pokerstars, partypoker and ipoker work normally... Unibet, I can only play on browser and it's ultra slow with only one table.
With my computer, I have problems when I look at twitch at the same time for example that I do not have on other poker room.
