DSO/Belgian Championships - Tickets not exchangable at this time. If volume increases these may be added to MTT exchanges.


MTTs

Weekly MTT (Supernova/Milky Way/Odyssey etc.) and satellite tickets - Tickets are not exchangable.

Daily MTT, satellite and generic MTT tickets - Tickets are not exchangable.


SNGs
****

SNG tickets at any stake are not exchangable.


Cash
****

Cash tickets (Regular or Banzai for either NLHE or PLO) are not exchangeable.


Other
*****

Tickets won via missions, challenges and freerolls are not exchangable.


Notes

- Tickets cannot be exchanged for bonus points.
- UK25 tickets can not be broken down to UK4s at this time due to software restrictions. A solution is being worked on.
- Ticket extensions are being dealt with on a case by case basis.

I am using AHK for lot of stuff in Windows. How you can see/check that i am not using it for Unibet Poker Software Hotkeys?
Or did i need to stop all of my AHK-Scripts before open Unibet now?

So if I understand correctly, we can still exchange Unibet Open packages through the community thread, am I correct?

I really hope that a solution for the breakdown of a 25UK ticket into UK4 becomes available soon. This is quite frustrating as I play most of my satellites at the 4 euro level.

Yeah, you can still do package stuff as normal. I'm sure David posted the policy for package exchanges in the last month or so.

UO Malta and one of the DSO Malta events are running on the same week this year. .Rumour is it'll be the same for Paris

Hi - I joined Unibet a short while ago and have played tournaments on the site the last two weekends.
My last log in to play was Sunday 29 April - when I next logged in on Friday 4 May my account balance had completely gone (below 1 Euro).
I contacted support via the online chat and didn't really get anywhere. They have closed my account so I am unable to log in (meaning I can't get on Unibet Community to seek help) and have not gave me any details about how long this may take to resolve or what is happening etc. I contacted them on Friday and have heard nothing from them since.
Is anybody on here able to offer any assistance please?

This didnt start cause i was only player... I have 11x25e tickets and if i cant change these to 100e tickets, it seems impossible to use those if there is not enough players in 25e satellites. Can u please fix this somehow, thanks.

3, Windows: Run dxdiag and take a screenshot of the first tab and the display tab of the report

Have the withdrawal options changed? I notice that my info is not auto-filled (as per usual) and it now says that my branch # and account # are wrong... I am a Canadian.

edit : it seems to be a new withdrawal system... earth port? And apparently you need to enter 5 digits for branch #... How many digits do you Europeans have for an account # ? (7 digits is apparently not working as a Canadian...).
