It would be great off course if Unibet could do automatic upgrades as well but that is up to them. I just made a suggestion to be considered and it seems some players here really don't want this to happen

No harm in the suggestion and all ideas should be considered and the end result is all that matters. In this case the upgrade service would result in the weekly 250 euro guarantee being reduced to 1 package and the 50 euro satellite would see a far bigger guarantee as this in effect would become the real final satellite.

I will try to keep an eye on this thread and help David answer all relevant questions.

We don't plan on allowing this anytime in the future. Allowing the possibility to download hand histories will always be exploitable and we don't want that to happen.

We allow to view the last (I believe) 250 hands within the software if there are any issues about a specific hand.

There is also the option to request game stats (showing the date, rake, flops seen, amount of played hands and profit/losses) directly from CS in case you are curious how much you won/loss in a specific time period.

However, hand histories will not be sent out.

It was the end of Q1, so people played for bonuses. But now there is only tight regs, games is very boring most of time, no sense to play NL200 with only regs and 6% rake. For recs this games are very boring too. So sad because some time ago everything was great.

Software crashing several times a day. Is this usual or does anybody have suggestions for remedies?

After latest patch software crash every time I try to open challenges tab from table shortcut.

is anyone else getting disconnected on regular basis?? All week I've been getting few DC a day while everything else works fine. Never reconnects on it's own, always have to close software and start it back up then it works right away.

really annoying, would be nice if it could reconnect without closing the client. Super tilting when playing HU STT and blinding out whole stack by the time I reconnect.

Same here, but not that frequent as your case. Still way too often. And of course SUPER TILTING that it doesn't reconnect on it's own.

For the past few weeks i get crashes when 8 tabling and the pop up for who won the high hand causes the crash. I log out and back in with no problems afterwords.
