Unibet David, is it ok to use Stack and Tile for other sites if I don't add Unibet to the grid?

Some kind of automatic ticket exchange would be really nice. I am stuck with a 5 eurro supernova ticket, but with no tournaments to play in. I contacted support and wrote in the community thread. Still haven't heard anything yet.

I understand that it might be risky for the eco-system with an automatic ticket exchange, but maybe have one but limit the ammount of tickets than can be exchanged in the beginning. If it has negative effects, just remove it again.

One of my aliases is GoldenEar and I would like 5 1 euro mtt tickets for the supernova ticket.

Tech issue with the €5 rebuy sats for the Supernova so they've been removed. Leo mentions it on the Nova thread on the community. It's on the last page.

Anybody else got disconnected yesterday? Was playing 2 MTTs and 6 Cash when I suddenly got disconnected from Unibet (Internet worked fine for me).

After a while I restarted the client and it looked like this:



The MTT-tables luckily reopened but Cash was completely down.

This occured a second time this evening, so not a one-off.

I got a message from my affiliate that stan james is merging with unibet (both owned by the same company) and sending their player base to this platform, awesome news.

Would be nice to know the date. As a have accounts at both room. Not sure what's gonna happen?

About having funds in Stan James - i have the same situation, i might just cash out now just to avoid delays if they will make people do mass cash outs.
I guess it is possible that Stan James will just become unibet skin and you decide yourself where and when you want play, if this is the case there might be some generous welcome offers for old Stan James players .
But yeah - i'm just speculating, the only real peace of information is that they are moving away from microgaming which definetly makes sense for them imo.

Press reports last year suggested they are killing the Stan James brand altogether so I don't think it'll be a skin.

Migration will probably be a few simple questions I imagine (Do you have a Unibet account Y/N, etc). They'll already know via address/email etc. if you have accounts on both and can merge them that way. I'd imagine they'll transfer fund too.

So it will be possible to play at Unibet with 2 accounts?

I hate to admit this, but I was running terribly in SNGs as epitomized by my AA getting cracked on an allin 3 of 4 games against some crappy hands like Q5s that had no business calling so I decided to break things up by ... playing BlackJack!

Sad to see so many players registered for the Mission Specials tonight, almost 1500 players in the €1000 tournament. The value used to be decent in those but now they are barely worth playing. Are you guys planning on increasing the prize pool?

There hasn't been much publicity surrounding it yet but some good news, we won the IGA Poker Operator of the Year award on Monday night! This is our first ever poker operator of the year award and as the smallest site in the category, it represented a really nice win. We've looked into this and think we have found the reason, will do a little more digging but it might have helped to solve the issue long-term.

I think there have been some adjustments over the last few weeks but we're still working to find a happy medium. Agree that an all-inclusive event somewhere hot and with a beach nearby would be great, my favourite ever live event was St Kitts (Caribbean Classic I think) years ago.

No update in terms of having a solution ready to rollout but we are discussing options and looking at where we can fit something on the roadmap if needed. We're trying to analyse how regularly this happens to see if instances are occurring but it's not the simplest thing to pull out.

We already have a platform at Unibet.pr (on different network) but no plans right now to enter shared liquidity if that's what you mean.

We're not the biggest and the platform is only 4 years old (almost) so we've always struggled a bit to get our message out there. This is improving over time though and I'm glad you found us eventually!

Looks like this was taken care of in the end, all ok now? We have just hired a new product expert in support and one of his main remits is to increase poker knowledge in that department, I'm really confident that he'll achieve this over the next 6 months.

We are indeed merging the brands so it won't be possible to play two accounts - the hope is that current Stan James will start to play on our client.

Funds will be transferred by us beforehand, I don't have a set date to give you right now I'm afraid but I believe it's expected in the next month or so. Will report back once I have more concrete news.

We will indeed look at increasing these, if any promo freeroll starts to swell in numbers then we should be adjusting prizepool accordingly. Thanks for pointing this out.

Please don't transfer the money before let us know about it.
For example I have $ account at SJ. (and also keep more money there as there are some higher tables to play) Definitely don't want to convert those dollars to €, especially not on an unknown rate.
I would rather just cashout from SJ, because I already have enough money at Unibet to play 6-8 400NL.

Congrats on the big win of operator of the year. Hopefully this will encourage the brass at Kindred to put an even higher emphasis on Poker as an award like this should make them realize that you guys are doing something right.

Had a little chat with support today about two players with almost identical names. I think unibet should warn (email) people who copy anothers name not to do so since it looks suspicious. The players where both regulars as well. If recreational players lose on a table to players who have identical names they will think they get cheated and stop playing.

It's obv not pure coincidence but perhaps one player trying the psych out another.

People that collude probably don't give away such obvious tells
