Might be better if you got a notification if any MTT ticket was due to expire in 7 or less days that way if it's for a weekly you can see the target tournament.

A ticket icon on the home page so you can see how many you have when you log in would be good too.

IMO the tournament notification would be nice if you can do it for any tournament, not just when you have tickets for it, like you could have a star in a specific tournament lobby and you'll get a reminder notification for it, normal notification at the table maybe and something that you have to click and X maybe in the main lobby in case you missed the table one. With a page to take out some of those favorites if you want.

Maybe also a notification for tickets that are close to expire, particularly if there will be a last tournament before expiring, like In 5 days there will be this tournament, it's your last chance to play it.

The UO Package Freeroll Ticket that you earn from 100k challenge points in this quarter says expiring in 7 days, at least for me, so there's probably an error there.

It's on the 13th at 6pm GMT. 7 days sounds about right.

Yeah there is one then, but I already have an unused ticket left from previous quarter. I would've thought that the one earned in
this quarter had a little longer expiry date?

@Mad Twatter you can only use 1 ticket per quarter. You having 2 is pretty odd and nice for you since there are 2 of these tournaments per quarter, this sunday and next sunday so try to play them both and see what happens

@nmpfan and @sleazy, mad twatter has since the 1st of january already 100k points (If I understand him right) so if he would use them now, then he doesn't have anymore left for next month

@Unibet - had a problem I really think you should look into: I was playing 6 tables: some sngs, a mtt and the slot freeroll. At some point my internet crashed and quickly logged into my unibet phone client. I know that this client has a 4 table limit but I was unable to play any of them - had a combination of these situations: the screen froze, buttons not working, butons working but the action was from a table I was unable to view, at some point the entire client froze, etc. Literally chaos. I think the client wasn't tested in this scenario. Fortunately the connection returned but I was blinded down in a couple of the games. I understand the table limit on mobile but, in a situation like this the user should be able to choose the games that he want to resume playing. Now it's really impossible to play any. Otherwise, I really enjoy my time on Unibet, good job!

In such a situation, faster to tether your phone (use it as your internet source) to your laptop.

Good point, thank you. But also it wouldn't hurt to fix the issue so others don't have the same problem in the future.

He's suggesting a fix to a Unibet issue, where if you're playing more than 4 tournaments on a computer and need to switch to mobile for whatever reason, apparently you're screwed. Whatever personal issue leads to that situation is beside the point. A situation that probably doesn't occur to often, but if it's fixable, then why not.

I would guess it's a limitation on the mobile software that only allows 4 tables. I think it's the same with the web client. If it gave you the option which of the tables you'd like to play the most out of the 4+ then that would help but if it just can't support more then there isn't much that can be done.

The web client now allows 6-tabling, which makes a huge difference because you can 4-table in it and still have two reserve slots for waiting for an SNG to fill, or for if a pre-regged tournament starts before you have chance to get off another table. When it was a hard limit of 4 tables it was pretty hard to get more than a couple running.

I've noticed a few challenges that seem more difficult to accomplish then in previous quarters... if the points awarded have gone up with the difficulty then fair game but I haven't paid too close attention.

I agree, the T&Cs weren't that clear on this. We're going to implement a new check in future so that we're confident the T&Cs say exactly what they need to.

In terms of your last point, having to use the spin the next day is the mechanism which incentivises you to log in.

If you lost in those games and you haven't opted out of receiving communication from us (we need to inform you about the ticket) then you should receive something in the next 7 days or so. Out of interest, which country are you from? That might dictate how quickly you hear from us.

I can assure you that there is no move away from Poker in favour of Casino, each platform exists in it's own right and is managed by different teams. Unibet Casino was here a long time before Unibet Poker and is huge compared to our platform, if we were to close down Poker tomorrow and try to force everyone over to Casino then the extra revenue for Casino would hardly be noticeable. If someone above me decided that we were pulling away from Poker to spend more resources on Casino then you'd know beforehand as I'd be writing in here informing you that I'm leaving the company.

In my role I could argue within the company that we no longer wish to advertise Casino to any Poker players and 'close off our borders' if you will. It would go both ways though, we wouldn't actively try to send any Poker players to Casino but we also wouldn't try to send any Casino players to Poker. If that happened then I'd probably start to look for another job because it wouldn't spell good news in the long-term for our site.

I'm not sure if this will be permanent or not, hopefully not. I think in the new year there was no (or little) time when NL400 could show 30+ field. Which is basically 4-6 regs, and 1-6 one tabling players.
Right now at CET 22:08 there is ~70 player at NL200 and ~9 at NL400.
When there were 800 as well, there was a way smoother player distribution on those stakes, and hardly any stake had more than 50% of the NL200+ players.
We noticed the swell of players at NL200 and tbh, I'm not sure why it is yet. I think as we start to give back NL400 and PL400 tickets to losing 800 players over the next week or so you'll see the games even out a bit. PL400 has had quite a lot of traffic over the last few days so the trend hasn't following in Omaha for some reason.

You'll be glad to hear that this is a big talking point here and this is something which we thought was in place already. In general we don't do a good job of letting players know (especially new players) which ongoing promotions we have and I would expect that most players have no idea that Double Trouble even exists. Automated emails were being sent out to players holding those tickets up until late November and we hadn't been informed that it had stopped.

I'm confident that this will be solved in the coming months. There will also be a third version of Double Trouble launching early in Feb which will be more geared towards higher stakes players.

7 CET is borderline okay (I can make it 50% of the times), but knowing that I think 6PM GMT is a bit too soon, at least it would be for me.

Keeping in mind this MTT ends at 100 players and has a good tempo, it already ends after a bit more than an hour. So it won't become a late night game.

Increasing late reg and blind levels would help aswell I think, but then many will just wait till the end of the late reg, since that's the easiest way to make the money in a 20% gets paid field.
I'll pass this on, it's come up a few times in the past and I agree, we just need to make sure that we communicate it properly to players before making a change.

I appreciate how annoying that must be but this seems like a fairly rare occurrence, where you would have to switch from desktop to mobile and choose which games you wish to continue. I'll bring it up with the developers incase it's an easy change but otherwise it might be a while before we could get a change like this into the roadmap.

I've never had any Unibet communications regarding poker promos. Community emails, promos on Casino and sports, anything from Unibet support or Kindred emails are all received fine.
