David, like it has been noted a few times ITT, email support and to a lesser degree chat support (from my small sample size), can be inefficient at times. Anyhow, I just want to try to clear up my VPN question/travelling to the Unibet Open from Canada situation.

- As you suggested, I contacted email support 8 days ago mentioning that I would be (most likely) travelling to the following countries during my upcoming Europe trip : Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, Germany, Croatia, Hungary, Israel.

- I looked it up, and none of these countries are restricted to play from, but still better to let support know that my IP address would differ for a few months, right...

- I also asked if I could use a VPN (using an IP address from the country I would be in at that time) for security reasons to play poker or, if not, to at least access my account on Unibet.com in a more secure matter from public wifis. I am pretty sure that both should be fine, but I just don't my account to encounter any problems

- Support never got back to me, so I contacted chat support explaining my situation, but the guy (Patrik) did not seem to understand my situation, and simply responded "that logging in from a different country outside of Canada would get my account blocked" ; I felt that we were regressing in our discussion, so I let him know that I would be attending the Bucharast UO.

- He got back to me a couple of days ago via email telling me to contact the UO team for my answers

Anyhow, back to square 1. So do I just go by my normal business and use the VPN as intended? For the record, I have never used a VPN once for grinding (just purchased one, actually), but do use one for all my banking and now to access my Unibet.com account (when not at home). But I sure would prefer the usage of one when using a public wifi for grinding for obvious security reasons

Thanks for changing back the UK tour tournaments to the old structure (but with antes). Now you have also doubled the starting stack they are much more playable! Thanks for anticipating on the feedback this soon. As I have been pretty salty ITT lately, I also like to mention the good things. I really like the fingerprint login for the app, it is really easy to login now.

There is still a tournament starting at .55. There is a Qualifer to €5 Ticket Rebuy starting at 14.55 CET. This should be changed.

Also at 18.05/21.05/22.05 CET there are Unibet Open qualifiers which are named ''Qualifier to Unibet UK Tour''. This should also still be changed.

Apologies for the very fast structures we had for a while, this was my fault when changing the schedule over. No need to apologies for saltiness, please let me know when there is something with the schedule (or any aspect of the site) that could do with a 2nd look.

Each stake should be slightly tougher than the previous stake (in theory) but there are some inherent difficulties in moving from NL10 to NL25 (rake moving from 3% to 5% being one of them).

Reducing rake to 3% is an option but it's one that I'd rather not take for reasons discussed (less revenue taken in rake means less to re-distribute in our 'socialist' poker economy). However, I'm certain we could do a better job of re-distributing some more of that at NL25 and NL50 and particularly to losing players. I don't want to create a bottleneck for players who are trying to move up through the stakes and it is something that's being looked into.

I think the community guys were off-site for a few days but seems that they're back now.

We didn't have anything widespread reported so I imagine this was a temporary problem at your end. Let me know if this continues.

I've asked Leo (Tournament Manager) to take a look at these stakes to see if we could offer some more variation and better structures. I made a conscious effort to correlate structure with amount of fee paid but in hindsight I could have added some more slow-structure MTTs at lower stakes
I expect he'll make some changes next week.

In terms of speed poker, it's a liquidity issue and we're not yet big enough to split our traffic. There is also an issue with game enjoyment (everyone's VPIP decreases) and I think we'd want to make a few changes to the game before bringing it back. However, we have a lot on our priority list above that at the moment so it's unlikely to make a return for a while.

I don't think anybody has any objections here to an auto addon/rebuy button so it's something we'll look to add to the roadmap at some point.

You can see how many rebuys have been made in the specific lobby for any given rebuy tournament (on the right-hand side of the screen).

I'd definitely like some sort of tournament organiser tool so that it was easy to keep track of what you'd like to play. This was requested when we revamped MTT lobbies last year but was quite a lot of work and didn't make it in. I'll ask for it to be added to the list again but might take a while.

The table prio issue for rebuys is more pressing and I had similar feedback from a streamer this week. I've asked for that to be looked into.

Regarding the browser lag, this is the first instance I've heard. Still an issue for you?

I could only find one of the tickets (which had expired) so have credited you with another one. Can you confirm if this is correct?

These tickets should all have a 30 day expiry now.

I imagine it's going to be fine for you to do this but am double-checking with support now. Ideally they can add a note to your account so that you will be fine to go ahead and use VPN while travelling and if the countries aren't blocked by us then it shouldn't be an issue.

I'm afraid not, we only ran this as a 2 day thing and we're not able to manually credit you a discounted ticket (would mean opening up the discount to everyone again).

Are you able to send PMs yet (not sure what the required post count is)? I had a reply from security/payments teams and while it's nothing untoward, I'd rather not post info related to your account ITT.

re: "What MTTs people like to play" - I'm not sure how new it is but I've recently noticed the possibility in the tournament filter to unselect tournaments by clicking them to red - removing all the Unibet Open satellites and getting the buy-in slider right gives me a short enough list to select from so this is fine.

One thing that would be nice is - when you click a ticket above the MTT list the valid tournaments should just show regardless of what's in the filter - if someone clicks on their 1 euro ticket when they have 10-25 euros set in the filter it's not because they are looking for a 10 euro tournament they can enter with a 1 euro ticket.
