I think the new schedule is a bit too fast and Event Horizon and Titan should have the same structure as Black Hole imo.

Hate to be one of those guys (but I can't play or check in again until tomorrow) -- I have not yet received the 10Euro ticket that 26th place would "earn" me now a few hours after your post above.

If not issued to me, can you transfer it over with thanks to SleazyP84 who notes in this thread a player name of "MoreTBC"

ive noticed that the high stakes PLO games have really slowed down recently. Maybe you could have a promo for it?

David, I suspect I know why my name is not showing up in your system (though it is accurate) and it is apparently because your customer service is not up to your own high standards represented by you and your predecessor in this forum.

I recently tried to withdraw and found that my personal ID was accepted, but my bank account info (which was a photo of my online bank account screen that showed my name, address, email, phone number, bank account number, and bank account name) was NOT ACCEPTED because it did not show an IBAN number and, perhaps, any previous transaction with Unibet.

I explained to Unibet in a few emails that my Bank (PCFinancial, a subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) advised by email that as it is a Canadian (and not European) bank it does NOT have an IBAN number. Also, I can't show any previous deposit or withdrawal with Unibet from that account because there has never been a previous deposit or withdrawal.

All I wanted initially was a cheque and Unibet's inability to give me one saw me go down a very frustrating road that now sees me at a place where my account is locked and I can't provide banking information (though my ID of who I am was accepted) because it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to be able to provide it.

Any help will be appreciated

Just want to say how thrilled I am about the new schedule for tournaments, you guys are really nailed it and I can already tell this has been a huge improvement!

(Compared to that 1.5k 25 1r1a *Shudders*)

The special edition in Vegas was very well organised, I had a great time! Also props to the new MTT schedule and new blind structures.

When do the Bucharest qualifiers get more information about the next UO stop?

When will the date/location of the UO after that be announced?

Yep, high stakes have been suffering a bit this week. The start of a new Challenges quarter and EO Vegas would have had some impact and we're doing a few things over the coming days to try to give the traffic a bit of a push. Beyond that we will have another high stakes promo coming in a few weeks.

There is a chance that a certain new loyalty system which a certain competitor launched a few months ago is taking traffic from those games in the short-term, especially when we don't have a dedicated promo running. That is a shame because what they're doing is opportunistic (although it's aimed at Stars and not us) and it's bad for the game in the long-term. Resorting back to targeting high stakes regs with weekly rakeback whilst doing little to reward new and casual players is dangerous and if other sites feel forced to join in then suddenly we're all in a race to the bottom again.

I've never spoken out against a competitor before but what they're doing is reckless and irresponsible and they should know better.

I know we spoke by PM but just wanted to post here too. There is an issue a lot of Canadian players are running into at the moment, the irony being that I'm trying to get more payment options added for Canadians at our end.

I've got a call with the relevant department to discuss this afternoon, it seems that accounts are being locked automatically whenever a US intermediary bank is involved and the payment team are also finding it frustrating.

Hopefully we can resolve it soon, will post here with any updates. I think once your account has been through this annoying process you are fine for future transactions though.

Even more glad to hear this, especially in light of what happened during the event.

I'm guessing that UO Bucharest info will start to come through next week once the UO team are back but will chase them. Will also ask about info for stops next year although I've previously been told that it won't be too far from now.
