If you 'stack' playthrough bonuses. I.e. have them waiting in line. Do they already start to expire or only when it's their turn to be cleared?

There are two scenarios:

- If you qualify for one package through Challenges but don't want to attend the event then you receive half the value of the package in bonus points.
- If you have a package and earn a 2nd package then you will receive the full value of the package in bonus points. Worth noting however that players aren't allowed to earn two packages via satellites, in that scenario the 2nd package would be forfeited.

There aren't concrete plans to at the moment. I imagine that we will at some point but it just hasn't made it's way onto the agenda recently and we'd have to look at the pros and cons fully before committing to a decision.

We didn't disable live chat, we had some unexpected downtime due to a network problem (fiber cable being cut somewhere). If you have since contacted support then you should have been compensated.

As mentioned above, apologies but we had an unexpected network issue which resulted in around 40 mins of downtime. We are looking at the auto-refund policy as it may need improving, if you were affected in this instance and weren't refunded then please contact customer support.

I should also add that if you're struggling to get any traction with customer support then the community site is usually the best place to head to get an issue resolved. I can't get in here often enough at the moment to resolve this things in a timely manner (this will change but it's impossible for me to estimate when yet). Bug reports are also picked up fastest on the community site right now.

If waiting 30 secs doesn't help then the best thing to do would be to play the game in the web browser version. It looks like this particular bug was there to stay for some players.

As above, we are looking again at our auto-refund policy because right now it looks like the cut-off points are too long. There will be unexpected downtime again in future so I'll make sure that next time we respond better than this.

Good idea, we're implementing back office changes to our tournament schedule over the next few days so will try to get this changed (I'm assuming it's an easy one).

I don't think I can go into too much detail (also because I don't know the full story) but there are different reasons for us not being able to offer certain payment options in different countries.

We have a big Polish playerbase and it's really frustrating that the payment options are so limited right now. It's probably a bigger conversation to be had here though so I will get the ball rolling and see if there is anything we can do (no promises on outcome though I'm afraid).

If this was a fault at our end then you should be able to get compensation but it looks like everything was fine here.

I'm sure this would have been discussed here before and seems perfectly reasonable to me. However, this is unlikely to make it onto the roadmap anytime soon just because of prioritisation (unless the devs say it's a super-easy change). We have quite a lot we want to improve in the next 6 months and have to give certain other things priority.

You are only allowed to win one package per qualifying cycle from satellites I'm afraid. The only exceptions are where a player has earned a package via Challenges.

Is this also applicable for people that are in an impossible geographical situation to attend the events? Seems unfair to only get half of the value for someone like myself that lives in the Yukon, just by the northern Alaskan border... I was getting a full value exchange in the past, has that policy now changed?

He really does. Long story behind it concerning placing a futures bet and I did not know him in any way other than he was with someone I did know at that time. As for my withdrawal, I originally tried to do a US dollar wire to my US dollar TDBank account; but, was rejected because TD uses an intermediary US Bank.

I am now trying to go to a President's Choice (by way of CIBC) Canadian dollar account, but Unibet withdrawal page asks for an IBAN number and was told by CIBC they don't have one. How did you get around that request or what number did you use for CIBC?

Not sure what you mean by IBAN, but I remember having to phone my bank, my transfer being lost in the cyber world for some time, only to be returned to my account... When I look into my withdrawal info now, the only unique requirement, is the sort code (which is CIBCCATT). If I am not mistaken, that is what we must put in as Canadians for the IBAN (as Canadian banks do not have IBANs)... I would try it and send me a PM if not.

edit : btw CIBC does charge 32.50$ for each wire transfer. And the other requirements should be self-eplanatory outside of that IBAN/Sort code/Swift code mix up, meaning that you need to put in your transit code and account number, and the rest should be gravy!!!

Maybe it's because English isn't my native language, but I mean: now that you can't qualify anymore for the UO in Vegas, would you still get €3000 or €2000 (in points, tickets or whatever)? I'm also wondering if someone gets his first package via challenges this trimester will he get a package for the next UO (Bucharest in this case) + €1000 in points?
Finally not that it matters to me, but to forfeit a package if you happen to win 2 via satellites is a little harsh, I understand you don't want regs to grind for packages but at least give the option to postpone a package.
