unibet must change their name from unibet to the two outer..if you win a lot suddenly you are beaten from the two outer 100times per day fro days until you loose your profit.and i m sure that for the 300 two outer i lost i will not win 2000 flops..so rigged

If you 'stack' playthrough bonuses. I.e. have them waiting in line. Do they already start to expire or only when it's their turn to be cleared?

Well the value of money depends on people's real world situations obviously, but at least to me the 100 euro SNGs feel like a real gamble and are somewhat exhilarating as a result, whereas the 10 and 25 SNGs are more like the normal hobby. e.g. I also enjoy the WRGPT for no money so cardplay is fun too, even at the lower stakes or no stakes, but the high stakes have something extra.

You guys just dced me deep in 3 tourneys, my net is working completely fine, you even disabled live chat for me to enquire about it, i bet you give me some shady chip chop reward despite it being last two tables and me having all the chips in two of my last 3 tourneys; tourneys ive been playing for the last 4 hours too, get your act together unibet wtf is this, if im not back in 5 mins ill be removing all my funds from unibet and religiously berate on all unibet related threads from now on.
Was in the middle of a HUSNG when I was disconnected. I tried my back-up internet provider and even tethered my phone for a third option, but could not connect as met with message "Unable to verify location."
I was playing from the same location in Canada (just north of Toronto) that I always play from on weekends. Anyone else in Canada get this today?

Anyone know how to get more than 500 hands going back? In my history I have found 3 bustout hands but I think there are more (one tournament we were HU and both sitting out so it was a ton of hands until the blinds got high enough for someone to be all in).
Do we generally need to ask for compensation in cases like this or do they just do it?

I should also add that if you're struggling to get any traction with customer support then the community site is usually the best place to head to get an issue resolved. I can't get in here often enough at the moment to resolve this things in a timely manner (this will change but it's impossible for me to estimate when yet). Bug reports are also picked up fastest on the community site right now.

I'm glad this seems to be resolved and I hope that more of these cases are handled speedily in future without intervention from me or anyone else. I know Andrew was working on that for a while though so these are going to pop up still from time to time.

I did get the withdrawal sorted but when i said it had all been sorted i thought it had as i could log back into my Unibet account.
But when i tried to log into poker i was getting an error message. Then today i got an email from Ryan saying my poker account was disabled and is to remain suspended.

I'm normally pretty happy about Unibet customer service but if it was truly excellent then people who "played" hands during the time everyone was locked out would already have received emails apologising and telling them what to do to get compensation. 36 hours have passed now.

I was thinking about the betting freerolls. You can earn two tickets per week, and there are two betting freerolls per week. Some players can only play one day though. At the moment it is not possible to re-enter with another betting freeroll ticket if you are knocked out early. Maybe you could have the re-enter option there with either the €1 like it is now, or with another betting freeroll ticket, so every player can put them to full use, even if they can't play on both of the tournament days?

We have a big Polish playerbase and it's really frustrating that the payment options are so limited right now. It's probably a bigger conversation to be had here though so I will get the ball rolling and see if there is anything we can do (no promises on outcome though I'm afraid).

I have not completed the withdrawal yet, but knowing Unibet there should not be any problems this time around.

If this was a fault at our end then you should be able to get compensation but it looks like everything was fine here.
There was a bug in today's 300gtd four bounty.
still all the tourney in lobby there were all the time 33 players all with full stacks, no time, no break projection, generally nothing changed in lobby by all the tourney. Only blind levels was highlighted correctly.
Also on table when I clicked tourney stats - shows all the time 33 players, projection for 1st place 75 eur and everything like as tourney didnt even started.
Rest of tournaments lobbies worked fine.
After 2 years of coding Unibet still has very important bug in client.

I'm sure this would have been discussed here before and seems perfectly reasonable to me. However, this is unlikely to make it onto the roadmap anytime soon just because of prioritisation (unless the devs say it's a super-easy change). We have quite a lot we want to improve in the next 6 months and have to give certain other things priority.

Considering that they are gunning for other markets than Europe (like it was stated in this thread), I think David meant Europeans that would not attend the event could exchange it for half the value ; pretty sure that in our situation, we should still get full value or close to, like it was in the past, right David?

He was supposed to meet up with us at dinner, but never showed and I never saw him again. I think I got more than my $200 back since as any time that episode of HSP is on where he bluffs Ivey off KK by dropping those bricks I say to whomever is around, "You know that guy actually still owns me $200."

Not sure what you mean by IBAN, but I remember having to phone my bank, my transfer being lost in the cyber world for some time, only to be returned to my account... When I look into my withdrawal info now, the only unique requirement, is the sort code (which is CIBCCATT). If I am not mistaken, that is what we must put in as Canadians for the IBAN (as Canadian banks do not have IBANs)... I would try it and send me a PM if not.
edit : btw CIBC does charge 32.50$ for each wire transfer. And the other requirements should be self-eplanatory outside of that IBAN/Sort code/Swift code mix up, meaning that you need to put in your transit code and account number, and the rest should be gravy!!!

Finally not that it matters to me, but to forfeit a package if you happen to win 2 via satellites is a little harsh, I understand you don't want regs to grind for packages but at least give the option to postpone a package.
Has anyone heard anything further re: Vegas? I’m on the way to the airport now and haven’t had an email from Unibet Open team since the initial one when i registered for room in July.! In the past there’s at least been an email with a rough plan and a telephone number for a point of contact. Assuming everything is fine
