I get the above in the download client. In the web client I just get "loading" and it never goes off.

Was HU in an SNG too as well as other stuff

Was in the middle of a HUSNG when I was disconnected. I tried my back-up internet provider and even tethered my phone for a third option, but could not connect as met with message "Unable to verify location."

I was playing from the same location in Canada (just north of Toronto) that I always play from on weekends. Anyone else in Canada get this today?

can anyone tell me what the 500 euro freeroll ticket can be used for? It expires in 7 days, and there is no such tournament (only the new player freeroll that I'm not eligible for).

Anyone know how to get more than 500 hands going back? In my history I have found 3 bustout hands but I think there are more (one tournament we were HU and both sitting out so it was a ton of hands until the blinds got high enough for someone to be all in).

Do we generally need to ask for compensation in cases like this or do they just do it?

I'm glad this seems to be resolved and I hope that more of these cases are handled speedily in future without intervention from me or anyone else. I know Andrew was working on that for a while though so these are going to pop up still from time to time.

I did get the withdrawal sorted but when i said it had all been sorted i thought it had as i could log back into my Unibet account.

But when i tried to log into poker i was getting an error message. Then today i got an email from Ryan saying my poker account was disabled and is to remain suspended.

Flips promo not working. Click the flip button and nothing happens. Close the client and the flip window stays open. Have to go to task manager to get it to close. Same thing after several attempts.

Bump.

I'm normally pretty happy about Unibet customer service but if it was truly excellent then people who "played" hands during the time everyone was locked out would already have received emails apologising and telling them what to do to get compensation. 36 hours have passed now.

Hi David,

I was thinking about the betting freerolls. You can earn two tickets per week, and there are two betting freerolls per week. Some players can only play one day though. At the moment it is not possible to re-enter with another betting freeroll ticket if you are knocked out early. Maybe you could have the re-enter option there with either the €1 like it is now, or with another betting freeroll ticket, so every player can put them to full use, even if they can't play on both of the tournament days?

I have seen that you have mentioned the ecopayz for Canadians. Is there a possibility that it will be available for other countries? I mean Poland, because u have written before that you will ask the payments team about that, for which I, as a player from Poland(and think others too) am very grateful.

Hi,

My withdrawal issue is resolved. The support was slow e-mailing me but all in all, they let me withdraw via bank. It is very good since Skrill has permanently closed my account now (a week before it was "just" frozen). I have not completed the withdrawal yet, but knowing Unibet there should not be any problems this time around.

However, I have a second issue.
I can't play on my MAC. A user here stated that I had to free up space on the HD and then it would work. I did it, still does not work. The app just crashes a couple of sec after I launch it.

It is a MacBook Pro retina 2012.

Hi,

I have a lot of money locked on Unibet since around 1 year , played poker and sportsbet , won some.

I sent all documents they asked but there is always a problem , they are refusing my documents , when all my other sites accepted and I can tell you guys I have account on all legit gambling site.

And when they accept finally the document , they ask for new one , looks like its never ending , I have been playing since 10 years but I never seen that on other network , just guys keep careful.

If anyone had or has similar situation , maybe you can help me.

There was a bug in today's 300gtd four bounty.
still all the tourney in lobby there were all the time 33 players all with full stacks, no time, no break projection, generally nothing changed in lobby by all the tourney. Only blind levels was highlighted correctly.
Also on table when I clicked tourney stats - shows all the time 33 players, projection for 1st place 75 eur and everything like as tourney didnt even started.
Rest of tournaments lobbies worked fine.

After 2 years of coding Unibet still has very important bug in client.
tell me how to play with no seeing how many players left and how is my position???
I decided to play this due stupid mission (normally I'm not playng tourneys)
finally I left on the bubble still no seeing how many players left. (I pushed average hand because I thought that after over 2 hour I'm ITM or even maybe on FT but this was only thinking because I've not even know how many players registered)
I lost 4 eur and a 2 hours of my life (which is even more important) trying to complete mission and got only nerve at the end.
When client asked me to rail I clicked yes - table was frozen with my avatar on table and after 2 minutes of thinking client crashed and closed.
After restart I've seen that I end on the bubble and there was 125 players, and all informations shows correctly.

Very very big minus for Unibet!!!!

Why you try to promote these tourneys when your lobby is not working correctly?????

Just increase fonts size for bet slider, stacks and bets ammount.

Did you manage to get this sorted through support? They are probably quicker than me right now..
